Chapter-26 Get her back

Wanda and Nat took Freya back to the compound and locked her up. A few hours later, the rest of Avengers returned to compound. "Good, you guys are back. Did you finish the mission?" Nat asked as they walked into the living room

"Yes, Hydra will not be a problem anymore" Tony replied but Steve just walked over to the monitor "Steve don't, it's not her" Wanda warned him as she knew he wanted to check on her

"I need to see her Wanda" Steve said "Yes, let us see her" Thor and Loki agreed and Wanda sighed "Alright but remember, she knows you've come back" she turned on the monitor and they saw Freya in the cell screaming

"Open the door! Open the door! Open the door.. you are the reason I'm here. You ruined my life by making me come to Midgard brother! You could at least open the door brother!" Freya shouted "Is she herself right now?" Sam asked looking at the monitor

"Steve! Open the door! Please! You are the reason I'm like this!" Freya shouted again "Wait for it" Wanda said and Freya suddenly started laughing crazily.

Steve and Thor looked away from the monitor "There it is" Bucky said "She's been doing this for the past two hours" Nat said to all of them
"I will kill all of you one by one. You will be screaming for mercy" "Turn it off, please" Thor begged and Tony turned it off

Later in the evening:
"Daddy Rogers, did you come to play?" Freya said as Steve made his way to her cell "I guess you're not here to see me. You want her' "Let me talk to her" Steve demanded "She's resting, she finally stopped fighting"

"Don't bullsh!t me!" he yelled "Oh language Captain" she smirked "I will not ask again" he said sternly "You're hot when you're anger. I can see why she fell in love with you. She's been quiet for a long time, I guess I'll reward her" Freya closed her eyes and when she opened them again they were full of tears

"Steve?" "It's me sweetheart" he said softly "It's hurts Steve, she is eating me up and I can't stop her" Freya said to him "The only thing keeping me alive are the all the good memories I have, with you, my brothers, the team...but..she is slowly taking them away from me"

"We will get rid of her and get you back, I promise" he held her hand in his "You still owe me that date we missed Rogers" a smile ghosted her face "And I will take you, I swear sweetheart"

"Steve...she's comin-" "Freya, don't fade away!" Steve pleaded and Freya suddenly smirked and took her hand away from Steve "Sorry Rogers but time is up" "No! Let me talk to her!" he yelled

"When I say times up, times up! If you want her alive, I say be careful with me" Steve left and headed to the living room "Were you able to talk to our Freya?" Loki asked "Yes but only for a little while before she toke over" Steve replied "What did she say?" Tony asked

"The only thing keeping her alive inside are her good memories but the other one is slowly taking them away from her" Steve told them "So we have to think of a way to get the other one out fast" Nat said

"Yes before she takes away all of Freya's good memories or we... we" Steve couldn't say what he was thinking "Or we lose Freya forever" Bucky finished from him
