Dark Blue

You left the door open
And rain was pouring
Outside

I was alone
In the darkest blue
Mind hazy on all the drinks
I've consumed

Letting my teardrops
Fill up my glass of uncertainty
And I take a swig of it
To wash everything down

I fall down through the dark
Gloomy blues cascading around me
As I float downward
To the darkest sea below

Even when falling
At least raindrops
Aren't alone
