27. Abhimanyu

"I'm sorry" ishani says in a broken voice giving me a pink envelope on which my name is written . The other one she gives to kiaan has his name on it.

Finally I see him reading a letter from her but my heart is pounding against my chest . I don't even have the courage to open mine .

I push the door to Crystal's room and there's nothing . Her clothes , her books , her heels , her makeup, everything is gone .

Kiaan reads the paper and the first thing he does is he takes his face in both palms.

"You knew it butterfly?"

"Kiaan she wouldn't listen to me , I swear I tried and --"

"Relax I'll find her" he kisses her forhead and goes out patting my shoulder.

"Come on" he voices but my feet have frozen on the place . I blink a few times before kiaan shakes me .

"Abhimanyu" he says and I squeeze my eyes . Damn I don't wanna cry and this is not the fucking time to cry .

I instantly open the envelope and read what she has written.

Dear Abhi

Will sorry do ? There are things I wanted to tell you but how can I tell you how much I love you when I no longer love myself ? Don't you dare blame my brother or my best friend for anything. It's my decision and also don't go on wasting your time looking for me . Forget me and if possible Mr Mandhana , please forgive me too .

I will always love you Abhimanyu and I'm really gonna miss you even more than Kiaan.

A drop of tear falls from my right eyes when I mumble "you are an idiot"

The next thing that happens throws me off balance as I didn't ever expect anything like this to ever happen .

Kiaan pulls me into a hug when he sees me crying .

Ishani voices "are you both done fighting now ? All this happened because you acted like you don't care kiaan and Abhimanyu, rather than mending things between a brother and a sister you made it all worse . You both are stupid, stupid "

She storms inside her room and brings the box of letters and angrily pushes it in kiaan's Palms .

"If you have time from your busy schedule of killing people , please read what she couldn't ever tell you "

Kiaan looks at the letters and hugs the box to his chest .
"It's alright , I'll find that stupid kid" kiaan hugs ishani with the other arm and we both walk out but shivay and devansh stand at the door looking annoyed . Shivay more than Dev .

"He's not jealous at all "dev voices and shivay glares at him.

"List of people crystal knew at the campus with their phone numbers and addresses " shivay gives kiaan the paper and we all stroll down the stairs.

"Do you have any relatives where she could have gone" kavish asks kiaan as he comes from the front with Oberoi Brothers following him.

"No he killed them all" devansh chuckles and I elbow him "Shut the fuck up"

"Some people change sides very easily" shivay taunts.

"Because they realize how shitty that side was " kiaan voices .

"Who's side are you on " devansh asks Kavish who now steps near kiaan "my sister's future husband "

Kiaan smirks and says "come one let's find her , my sister's future husband "

I look at him with wide eyes but then rush with him as shivay snarls "all dickheads"

"I know I make you insecure" kiaan says and shiv replies "delusional asshole"

I don't think we can find her like this.

Her phone is unreachable and none of her friends know where she went .

After a month I sit on a couch with my eyes fixed at kiaan who grabs a man by his collars "You bastards can't do one simple thing ? What the fuck am I keeping you for if you can't find my sister" his voice echoes in the hall as kavish gets up from the couch , his fingers running on his phone continuously .

I haven't slept for days and I can't even think of sleeping . None of us have eaten well and everyday I see random Motherfuckers getting beaten up by kiaan .
I've traveled so much in the past week that I lost the track long ago but there is no single clue of that girl.

"I never knew she was this smart " kiaan voices with astonishment.

"In one of her letters she wrote she wants me to cook for her , like what type of stupid demands those are "

"If she's that stupid , why can't you bring her back" ishani asks .

"Maybe everyone is not as silly as you are dimwit"

"Kiaaannn!!! " She screams making me almost deaf.

"I'm looking for her butterfly, have patience. She's my sister and she'll be fine ."

I hope and wish that she's fine . Once I find her I'm so gonna lock her up and I'm never letting her go away .

"Abhi , did you eat anything" ishani questions and I shake my head .

"What about you Avi ? " kai asks Kavish and for me it's strange watching her with him .

Anyways her engagement with Devansh was meant to be broken .

"I'll eat with kiaan" he voices without raising his head from the phone .

All of a sudden my phone gets a notification and my spine jerks straight . The phone I gifted her has been tracked and I knew , I knew she wouldn't throw that phone away .

Kiaan looks at me and for some reason, he reads it from my face and smiles
