She knew she could no longer stay with him. He wasn't the one she loved; he was the one she hated with all her might.

He was pulled back with a strong force by Aarush and was thrown outside of the OT with one last warning, "Ek bar aur meri behen ke aas-paas dikha toh tujhe dekhne layak nahi chodunga. Now you should get ready for a divorce because I'm no longer intending to let you live with my sister.'"
(Once again, if you come near my sister, I won't let you remain worthy of being seen)

"No, you can't do this to me. She can't leave me. No, I won't let you do this. You can't force her. No, I won't. Please don't do this to me. Mat karo aisa - mujhe - Amisha -"

He said and kneeled down, banging on the door. But no one was there to pat his shoulder this time and say, "Chinta mat kar, sab theek hojayga." (Don't worry everything will be fine)

He stopped sobbing and wiped away his tears. He said, "I won't let it happen,' and went from there because he knew they wouldn't let him see her. Then, meeting was a big thing."

After 2weeks-

Holding their photo in his hand, his lips curved up into a smile, and a tear drop fell onto the photo, which he wiped away. But another tear fell; he kept wiping his eyes, but tears wouldn't stop.

"It would hurt the way your cruelty hurt her," Shalini said with a straight face.

Yes, after 2 days from that day, Shalini also returned. Upon realizing Amisha's and Vivaan's absence in the penthouse, she called both of them, and Amisha picked up.

Where she couldn't conceal it, her parents also remained unaware, as did Aarush and Vani. She didn't clearly explain anything, not even to Shalini.

She recounted what Vivaan had told, but Aarush and Vani wanted to know what happened after observing her condition in the hospital upon seeing Vivaan.

The moment Shalini learned about this, her heart broke into pieces. After a few days, Vivaan also returned, from an unknown location. Then she discovered that he had isolated himself at their other penthouse outside the city.

Back to the scene-

"Itna pyar karta hai usse?" ( Do you love her this much?) Shalini asked.

Even though she hadn't forgiven him, she had seen his vulnerable state. But for her, his pain was nothing compared to Amisha's, because even though she didn't know the exact details, she believed he was the one who was wrong.

"Itna ki shabdo me bayan nahi kar paunga not now not ever" (I love her this much that I won't be able to express in words, not now, not ever) he replied, still gazing at the photo.

"Toh kyun toda uska dil? Bhool ja, khodia hai, tune usko," (So why did you break her heart? Forget it, you've lost her,) shalini asked.

"Never, Mom, never. And soon she'll be here by my side, and this time, happily," he said. She looked at him, wondering why he was smiling. She couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. What was he going to do?

"Bas!" she exclaimed and banged her palms on the dining table, trying to stop her family who were feeding her like a kid.

"Abhi to ek or le," (take one more) her mother came over and placed one more aloo parantha on her plate.

"Koi behes hu kya main?"( Am I a buffalo?) She asked

"Hash, tujhe pata chal gaya,"(Yes finally you know it) Aarush said and chuckled to himself, earning a glare from her. He gulped down his saliva.

"Maa,or kitna phulaogi fatt jaungi main" (Mom, how much more will you make me eat? I'll become too fat.) She said and ran from there to save her stomach from the overloaded food.

Parents are too obsessed with feeding their children. According to them, 2-3 paranthas are nothing. Yeh toh shuruvat hai unke liye (for them this is the starting)

She thought and ran with her mother shouting, "At least half, why do you love to trouble me this much?"

She came back to her room and after taking her phone in her hand, she played "Daylight" She was humming the song.

If it were the old Amisha, she would be dancing all over the place, playing some beats but she didn't like to pretend when she was alone.

She was pretending to be like before because she couldn't bear to see her family sad. Her mother had asked her many times, but she didn't choose to tell.

After all, what could she have told? Though she should have, she didn't. She felt calm as she listened to the music.Stretching her back on the armchair she closed her eyes, feeling the soothing wind coming from the half-opened window.

She felt calm all this time, but she couldn't help but fear: What if he comes back? Every day she feared him, as she never wanted to see him.

But did she know that he was determined to have her back?

••••

"Finally, time to execute my plan," he said to himself and climbed up the pipelines.

He saw the light switched on, but the room was empty. He entered through the window, knowing that she had been careless; she hadn't locked it before going to bed. He knew she would close it after she came to sleep, as he had observed over the last few months.

He heard the shower turn off, indicating that she could come out anytime. Suddenly, he heard a clicking sound of the door opening, and there she was.

Her wet hair fell on both of her shoulders, water dripping from her hair onto her neck. She looked just the same as she did before; she hadn't changed much, maybe a bit hotter.

He shrugged off his thoughts. As soon as she saw him, the towel from her hands fell to the ground. She moved back towards the door to unlock it, but he was strong enough to stop her and cornered her.

"Finally, you came back to where you belong," he said, and she felt chills.

She pushed him back, knelt down on the floor, and clutched her head with both of her palms. He frowned, seeing her state.

"Go-go, no, please don't," she tried to say something but stopped when he approached her.

Yet, she crawled back again. That's when he understood she was traumatized. The way she behaved, he recognized it, because he had been there once too.
