Locked In (Clay)

Prompt: you don't want Clay to go to work so you lock the two of you in the car to get him to stay.

You pulled your tan jacket around yourself before greeting Clay at the door. He smiled when he saw you and placed his arms at your waist.

You pouted at him with puppy dog eyes, not wanting him to leave for work yet. He rubbed your sides with his thumb before cupping your cheek with his other hand. "Don't give me those eyes, you know what they do to me, woman!"

You smirked, "that's the point I want them to work on you!" You tell him making him laugh. "I want you to stay!" You admit grabbing his hands to hold in front of you.

He cocks his head with sympathetic eyes, "I wish I could but you know I can't, I have to go to work." He tells you.

You huff and pout before grabbing the keys from his hand. "Fine, but can I at least drive?" You ask sadly.

He sighs, smiles, and nods; just glad that he could appease you somehow. "If it'll make you happy, then sure." He says motioning you to get into the elevator first before getting in himself.

When you get to the parking garage you find your car. You drive out onto the street, and drive to the Beresford building. When you park just outside of the entrance on the street you unlock it and Clay gives you a kiss goodbye.

He unbuckles before attempting to open the door, which you were quick to lock again. He turned around to face you with a look of annoyed amusement on his face.

He pulls at the door, "you locked me in, didn't you?" He asked smirking at the little game you were playing with him.

Your eyes went wide and feigned innocence, "I didn't do anything, I think your door must be stuck!" You joke with him. "Maybe try it again!" You reply unlocking the door and he attempts his escape a second time but you lock it once more.

By now he is slightly irritated by your childishness, but still can't help but smile softly.

"Okay, I really have to go, babe! I have a meeting in 10 minutes!" He tries to reason with you but, you were persistent and very stubborn.

"Your the boss, can't you just reschedule it?" You ask him.

He turned toward you and cupped your cheek, "baby, tomorrow I'm all yours, I promise!" He tries to bargain with you, "just please let me leave today?"

You thought about it for a moment before pulling him into a kiss. His fingers go into your hair before he pulls away. You lean your forehead onto his, "alright fine, but you better do a good job of making it up to me, or I'm gonna keep doing this." You warn him.

He smiles and his hand goes to squeeze the inside of your thigh. He taunts you with his hand before kissing your lips and pulling on the lock of the door.

He looks back at you before opening the door, "I promise to make it up to you, beautiful! Have a good day!" He says before getting out of the car and waving to you as you were left flustered from his actions.
