Antoni point of view

Antoni:
"Yes I will really so?" I can't believe she doesn't think that I would do it.

Riya:
"Yes will you really would do it."

Antoni:
"Really I will do it."

Riya:

"Of course what time is your shifts?"

Riya:
"The first one is from 7 to 10 and then the other one is from 10:30 to 12:45."

Antoni:
"Ok I will tell her and make sure she let you go."

Riya:
"Thank you."

Antoni:
"Your welcome now eat it."

Riya:
"Yes yes I am eating I am eating."

Antoni:
And with that she was eating I am happy she is happy for doing 2 shifts for some reason. We both are happily and now it is time to film. "Ok are you ready to film."

Riya:
"Yes I am ready."

Antoni:
"Good then let do it."

Riya:
"Hello everyone and welcome to Riya kitchen and today I have with me Antoni Porowski if you do not know him don't worry I do not know him either so Antoni what are we making again and yes I mean by again."

Antoni:
"So we are making chocolate charlotte it will take you 30 minutes prep time 05 minutes to cook and 8 servings and now here is the ingredients that we are going to use which we have here right now you guys will need 25 savoiardi biscuits 180g white chocolate, finely chopped 600ml thickened cream, plus 300ml extra, to decorate 2 eggs, 2 tsp gelatine powder 180g dark chocolate, finely chopped, plus extra, to decorate now time for the steps Step 1 separate the base and side of a 21cm (base measurement) springform pan. Lay a sheet of baking paper over the base, overhanging the edge. Clip the sides back on, with the paper hanging out. Trim savoiardi biscuits so that they stand about 1cm above the rim of the pan, reserving the offcuts. Arrange around the edge, cut-side down. Lay a few whole savoiardi biscuits over the base of the pan, as close together as possible, then fill in gaps with the offcuts, trimming to fit (see notes). Don't worry if there are a few little gaps here and there. Step 2 for the white chocolate mousse layer, place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Heat 125ml (1/2 cup) of the cream in a small saucepan or in the microwave until it just comes to the boil. Immediately pour over the chocolate and stir with a metal spoon until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. Separate 1 egg and stir the yolk into the chocolate mixture. Step 3 place 1 1/2 tbs water in a small microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle with 1 tsp gelatine powder. Set aside for 2-3 minutes to soften. Microwave on high for 20 seconds or until warm. Use a fork to whisk until the gelatine dissolves. Set aside to cool slightly. Stir into the chocolate mixture 4
Use electric beaters to beat 175ml cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Use clean, dry electric beaters to beat 1 egg white in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Use a metal spoon to gently fold the cream and egg white into the chocolate mixture until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or until just set. Step 5
for the dark chocolate mousse layer, follow the same method for making the white chocolate mousse layer, using the dark chocolate and the remaining 300ml cream, 1 egg white and 1 tsp gelatine powder. Pour the dark chocolate mousse over the white chocolate mousse layer and smooth the surface. Cover and place in the fridge to chill for 6 hours or overnight or until set. step 6 just before serving, transfer the cake from the pan to a serving platter and slide the paper out from underneath. Use electric beaters to beat the extra 300ml cream in a bowl until firm peaks form and dollop on top of the cake. Use a vegetable peeler to shave the extra dark chocolate and sprinkle over the cream. Cut into wedges to serve."

I can't believe no one have told her she is a good girl like come on people. "Trust me I do."

After we ate

Antoni:
"You did a good job."

Riya:
"Thanks."

Antoni:
"Anytime can you go to your room while I talk to her."

Riya:
"Sure and thanks again."

Antoni:
"Anytime now go Maryjane I need to talk to you."

Riya:
"Sure what up."

Antoni:
"Your daughter have 2 shifts at night that I think that you should let her go to."

Marryjane:
"And why are you telling me how to rise my daughter."

Antoni:
"I am not doing that we both know I am not doing that."

Marryjane:
"Yes you are I do not want her going at night."

Antoni:
"Well she need to work so you can have money."

Marryjane:
"Well I do not want her going."

Antoni:
"How about I ask someone to take her to both of her shifts from now on at night if she have them."

Marryjane:
"Fine what time does she have them."

Antoni:
"Her first one is from 7 to 10 and then her second one is from 10:30 to 12:45."

Marryjane:
"Fine she can go only if you know someone who can take her."

Antoni:
"Yes I do."

Marryjane:
"Fine then she can go."

Antoni:
"Thank you."

Marryjane:
"You're welcome but you are telling her."
