Ahsoka Tano entered a bar, bustling with people who laughed and talked as she walked by.

She reached the bar and a man in his twenties standing behind it turned his attention away from a drunk costumer to Ahsoka.

"What can I get you?" He asked.

She looked around wearily.
"I'll have a Blurrgfire."

He nodded and gathered ingredients.
"Why the hood? You running?"

Ahsoka's eyes shot up to him.
"No."

He looked at her with a bemused look and she sighed.
"Look at me. You think it's smart to walk around here without a hood?"
She came up with a half assed excuse.

He examined her and finally noticed her montrals.
"Oh." He breathed out.

She shot him a smirk and he passed her the drink.

It was actually a pretty good excuse.

Togrutas were known to be stolen from their home land, Shili, to be taken as slaves.

He awkwardly turned to tend to one of his costumers then moved back to her.

"Why are you even here? Considering...what you are."

Ahsoka sipped on her drink and eyed him.
"You're pretty nosy. People here typically don't ask questions."

"For their own good." She added, to intimidate him.

He gulped and looked away.
"I've been hearing talk about a group of people who could...help me."
Ahsoka said.

The bartender leaned closer, "Who?"

She smirked and leaned back on her stool.
"Why would I tell you?"

He looked around furtively then answered.
"I can help you find them, I'm a bartender, I see everything in this bar and nobody sees me."

Ahsoka hummed then smiled, "Nope, sorry."
She stood chugging her drink then threw a few credits at him.
He caught them clumsily and she chuckled under her hood.

Ahsoka walked away, settling herself onto a seat around a table in the corner of the bar.

A group of people in ponchos walked in, hoods down.
They walked to the bar just as Ahsoka had done.

She eyed them carefully, knowing who they were.

The bartender talked to the leader of the group, a clone with a red bandanna and face tattoos.

The bartender jerked his head to where Ahsoka was sitting.
One of the clones in the group shot a look at the direction the bartender had pointed to.

His eyes widened.
Without hesitation, he zoomed over to her.
The others in his group stood in confusion as their friend ran over to a corner.

Ahsoka's eye markings furrowed as her ran to her.

"Commander?"

Ahsoka gasped, standing up so fast her chair stumbled down.

"Echo?"

A huge smile overtook Echo's face as they jumped in each other's arms.

She whispered in his ear as he hugged her,
"You're supposed to be dead."

He laughed, "So are you."
She let out a breath, a grin on her face.

"Yeah, but that's different."

He forced himself to let go of her as his companions joined them.

"You know this person?"
A clone with glasses asked in all seriousness.

Ahsoka gave Echo a look of 'is he serious?'.
He laughed and swung an arm around around her shoulders.

"Guys, this is Commander Tano of the 501st."

The man with the red bandanna and face tattoos suddenly stood straight and nodded at Ahsoka, surprising her.

A big clone from behind them spoke up, "The little student of General Skywalker?"

Ahsoka cocked her head to the side, "Former, student."

The big man grinned from ear to ear, "I've heard so many stories about you!"

Ahsoka smiled, then turned to the man in the bandanna.
"What's your name?"

"Hunter, Clone Force 99, sir."

Ahsoka hummed, "The Bad Batch, huh?"

He nodded.
A girl with blond hair came out of the tightly knit group of clones.

"The Rogue Jedi?"
She whispered, looking up at Ahsoka.

She smiled down at the girl, "If that's what they want to call me."

The girl smiled and said, "I'm Omega."
She then gestured to her group, pointing out each of them.

"This is Tech and that's Wrecker."
Ahsoka nodded at them.

Wrecker spoke up loudly, "Echo talks about you all the time! He says you were the best commander in the history of clones!"

Hunter winced, glaring at Wrecker for his volume.

Ahsoka laughed, nudging a blushing Echo.
"You said that?"

"Maybe." He answered smugly, hiding his embarrassment.

She smiled and turned to them, whispering. "I was told you have some experience in dealing with the Empire."

Wrecked smirked smugly, "Oh yeah."

Hunter sighed and shook his head.
Looking at Ahsoka, "What do you need, Commander?"

Ahsoka smiled.

She raised her fallen chair and sat in it, inviting the others to do so as well.

As Ahsoka talked, Echo smiled proudly.

His vod'ika was okay, and even better.
She was still fighting.

Ok, I didn't really watch the Bad batch so I hope I got their personalities right!

Although I do know crosshair left so that's why he's not in here.

This takes place around 5 years after the end of clone wars.
So Omega is in fact 20 in here, and Ahsoka is 22.
