"You know me?"

Ahsoka asked, her voice trembling.
The woman nodded then turned to a man, her husband, Ahsoka briefly thought.

She called out to him and he looked up from the clone medic that was bandaging his wound.

Ahsoka looked at them in confusion, and let down Mina, setting her onto a makeshift cushion.

The man's eyes widened and he stood quickly, stumbling over to her.

"You're the girl!" He exclaimed.
A few heads turned at his outburst towards their General, but they stood quiet.

Ahsoka let out a breath, "What girl?"

The man let out a shaky breath and parted his lips to speak, when Anakin interrupted him, "What's going on here?"

As he got closer, he turned his attention to Ahsoka. She looked confused and uncomfortable.

"Are you okay?" He asked in basic.

She nodded to him then turned her attention back to the togrutan man in front of her.

"The girl the Jedi took, it's you." He elaborated in togruta.

Ahsoka gasped, and Anakin was by her side in a second.
She turned to him and murmured in basic,
"I think, this is my hometown."

Anakin looked up in shock to the man, "You know her?"

The man nodded, then added, "Ahsoka Tano."

Her head snapped up and she stumbled into Anakin. He held her up and let out a hiss.

"I- my parents- my parents, are they here?"
She stuttered.

The woman nodded grimly, "I will take you to her."
Ahsoka nodded, in a daze.

The Jedi pair followed them into a small hut in ruin, it was a sight Ahsoka would never forget.

A frail togrutan woman laid in it, sweat beads sliding off her face.

Her eyes were closed and her breaths, and ragged and inconsistent.

Ahsoka stood in the middle in shock, the woman who led them slipped inside, grabbing a cloth and dipping it in a bowl of water.

She knelt beside her and wiped the sweat off her face gently.
She murmured words to her and her eyebrows creased as a sign of consciousness.

The man leaned against the broken doorframe, arms crossed.

"She's been sick for a long time."
He finally said.

Ahsoka nodded, "And my father?"

The man looked at Ahsoka's mother, so frail and weak.

"He died long ago, killed by a Raxshir."

She nodded again, she could hear Anakin shuffling behind her.
She turned to him, and signaled him to come in.

"This is your mother?" He whispered once he was close to her.

She hummed, "He told me my father was killed by a Raxshir."
Anakin nodded in acknowledgement, "Vicious creature, I've heard."

"Yeah, I think we know now."
He chuckled grimly at her comment.

"You should meet her, you don't know how long she has left."
He said bluntly, there was no time to be gentle.

She gulped and he lifted a hand onto her shoulder, squeezing it as a form of encouragement.

She gave him one last look before advancing towards her mother's bed.
She knelt next to her, like the woman did before her.
