In the car was silence, but not an awkward silence, it was a comfortable one
The old song that Taehyung chose playing softly while their mother drove them to school, it felt nice spending some time with her
It didn't take long before they arrived to school and entered the class that they had, it was one of the many classes that they had together with Jimin
After a few hours of class they were now at the last one , which was korean
The subject was not a problem, but the teacher...
"What are we gonna do Kook?"
"Let's just skip it, I don't need another bad grade"
"No no no, none of you is skipping this class! You need to do the test in order to get a grade or you'll fail!" Jimin argued with both of them
"Why do you want to skip? Did you even bother to study Jungkook?"
"Stop scolding me hyung, I already have a headache" Jungkook whined
"Answer my question Kook"
"Fine! I didn't have time to study, so what?"
Jimin sighed before looking at Taehyung
"Don't look at me like that, I did in fact study for the test. It's just that I'm not quite sure I'll get a 10 on it" Tae said
"Do you have to get a perfect grade every time you take a test?"
"Yeah I do Jungkook because I care about my grades"
"Stop fighting and let's just go in and take the test" Jimin said while pushing both of them inside the classroom

"First of all I expect to not see anybody trying to cheat or I'll instantly give the person the smallest grade possible, second of all it'll be better to see only the maximum amount of points and only here and there an 8 and 9"
After finishing taking and explaining everything the teacher got up and distributed the test to every person, he then walked back to his seat
But not before sharing the time they needed to be done with it
"All of you can start now, it's 2:10 pm and you have time until 3:30 pm sharp"
Taehyung shared a look at Jungkook who was standing beside him before turning back to his paper and starting solving the exercises
It was a pretty long story of five pages that they needed to read and answer questions based on it
But that's not all, they had to do a summary of it off 3000 words
Jungkook sighed in relief when he saw the test, he'll be able to get a good grade because he'll only need to know the story to solve the exercises
After reading the story he being solving the questions, he did a pretty good job at answering most of them before he got stuck at the last one
The last one it was always the hardest, this time the question was "What will you have changed about the ending of the story if you'll have experienced the same events that the protagonist had to go trough? And why?"
Why would he want to change the ending, yes the protagonist went through a lot off angst in the story but he eventually got what he wanted, he was still poor at the end of the story but at least he wasn't alone anymore. He hand a home to live in and most important a family.
So no, he won't change anything about the ending because that's how life works, you go through a lot of bad things just to get a god one in return
Jungkook answerd the question from his point of view and then started to do the summary of the story
He still had like 30 minutes left to finish it
"Okay class you only have 5 minutes left so I advise you to start reading the answer all over again and make sure you wrote you're name on the paper-"
The teacher stopped talking when he saw a hand raised in the air
"Yes Chaewoon, do you have a question?"
"Yes I do, and I'm sorry I'm asking this but if the grades are not good can we take the test again?"
"No you can not, even if you get 1 that's you're grade, I already told all of you in advance to study for this test!"
It did not take long for the student to finish the test and walk out of the classroom
"What did you guys answered at the last question?" Jim in asked
"I don't really remember but I think I said something about him choosing between his family and money, and that he could have chosen the money"
"What! No you did not!" Jungkook said
"What's wrong?"
"How can you change the ending and say that he should have chosen the money instead of his family and a house! It doesn't matter that he is poor all that matter is that he got what he wished for at the end"
"Why are you getting so worked up for huh?" Taehyung chuckled
"Because there's not a perfect ending then the one that the story already have!"
"Money could have been a good ending too-"
"Don't even start talking about money-"
He did it get to finish his sentence before he felt Taehyung lips on his, after that he started kissing back with more force forgetting about the question and that Jimin is literally right there
"You're cute when you get angry" was Taehyung last words before realizing that Jimin is still there
