Chapter 27

Vikram pov
           I was standing under cold shower. I really needed this right now. When I say her struggling with necklace I thought to help her but I was lost in her beauty and kissed her. I didn't want to make her uncomfortable so I left her and now taking cold shower to control me. Riya really u r doing something to me. After shower I changed into shorts and t shirt. I came out and saw Her sitting at one side of bed.
I – U didn’t sleep.
Priya – No just waited for U.
I switched ON the bed light and turned off other light. I laid other side of bed she too laid in bed. We both are facing each other. I went near her and kissed her forehead.
I – Sleep darling U will be tired.
She said good night and closed her eyes. She slept after few minutes. I was just looking at her I don't know when sleep consume me.

Priya pov
                My sleep was disturbed by alarm sound I turned off it and woke. I saw Vikram sleeping peacefully. He even looks handsome while sleeping. I slightly ruffled his hair. He moved in his sleep. I suddenly got down from bed and went inside bathroom. After bath I came out and wore red saree and started to dry my hair. After getting ready I was going to fill sindoor in my hair line.
Vikram – Wait.
I heard Vikram sound and turned to see him. He got up from bed and came near me. I stood rotted in my place. God what he is going to do. He came close to me I just closed my eyes. He filled sindoor and said now perfect. I smiled at him.
Vikram – Good morning wifey.
I – Good morning. U freshen up I will bring coffee.
He nodded and went inside bathroom. I went down in kitchen I found latha anni and pavi anni making coffee.
I – Good morning anni.
Both wished me back.
Pavi anni – U came at 7 itself I thought u will come for lunch only.
I blushed. They both laughed.
Pavi anni – Ok no problem now tell me how was it.
And winked at me.
I – Nothing happen like what U think.
I said controlling my blush.
Latha anni – What ?
I – S anni marriage happen so fast so we both need time to start our relationship. He understand me and he himself spoke to me.
They both hugged me.
Pavi anni – we are happy for U dear. U got a understanding husband. Be happy always.
Latha anni – U guys start ur life when U both r ready. In relationship understanding is important. Like how he understand U too want to understand him always.
I nodded my head. Pavi anni gave coffee and asked to give to Vikram. I went inside our room. The room is empty I think he is still in washroom. I kept coffee in table and kept note under it and went down to make breakfast as per rituals.
Vikram pov
                    After finishing my morning chores I came out and saw a coffee in the table with a note under it. I read it “ Dear husband Have ur coffee get ready and come down for breakfast. I have a rituals so I am going down”. I smiled seeing the note and had my coffee. Then I went to gym that present in the house. There two devils are doing  work out. They both looked at me.
Vijay – Anna u came here today.
I – What question is this I do work out daily then y r u asking like this.
Karthik – We know that but yesterday is ur wedding night right so we thought u will take rest as u didn’t slept whole night.
He teased me. Both gave hi fi and started laughing. I throw the towel at them which I was holding.
I – Shut ur mouth idiots. Nothing happens like what u think.
Karthik – What??? Y my sister throw u out of bed ah.
They again started laughing.
I – We both need time to start our life. She is new to this house first she wants to feel home here. I too don’t want to make her uncomfortable. We start our life when we both are ready.
Karthik hugged me.
Karthik – U r gem of person da. My sister is lucky to have you in her life.
I – No da I am only lucky to have her in my life. She not only changing my life she also changing my family into colourful.
Vijay – True anna. Anni is a gift from God to our family.
He too hugged me. I patted his back. I know he got emotional.
I – Ok guys let’s work out.
After work out I went to my room took bath and came down. Karthik and Vijay sat in living room. I went and sat beside Karthik. I roamed my eyes to find my Riya.
Karthik – The person u r searching is in pooja room doing arrangements for pooja.
Vikram – I didn’t search for anyone.
Vijay – Anna We can see that by ur face.
They both laughed at me. Thank god grandma came to save me.
Grandma – Enough of ur talking come for pooja quickly.
We went to Pooja room. There I saw her lighting the kuthuvilaku. I smiled looking her. After pooja we all sat in dinning table for breakfast. There where lot of dishes in the table.
Vijay – Wow grandma so many dishes today.
Grandma – S da. I just asked Priya to make sweet as a ritual but she made everything. She made kesari, dosa, paniyaram, sambar, cocunut chutney, kara chutney, poori, potato gravy, lemon sevai.
Vijay – I can’t wait to taste all Pavi akka quickly serve.
Priya, pavi akka and latha akka started to serve. We all started eating.
Muthu uncle – Priya ma food are amazing.
Devi aunty – Very true. All are super.
Priya smiled at them.
Karthik – My sister is always best.
Vijay – Anni I think here after I have to work out on gym more time.
Everyone laughed at his comment. Priya looked at me for my comment. I thought to tease her so I didn’t said anything.
Grandma – Priya come here take this.
She handed her bangle set.
Grandma - This is one of the bangles of Vikram’s mom. I kept it for his wife.
Priya – Thank you grandma.
She took blessings from grandma.
Grandma- Priya ma u guys eat then u start to ur home.
      Priya nodded. I went to room waiting for her to come.
