I sigh as my eyes open.

Okay, everything is in order, today is set up and I'm ready to go.

For the past two days, I've been hard at work setting up all the events I need to do.

Starting with Ahri's make a wish.

After I got in contact with the parents, and the corporation, things went by much smoother than I was used to.

A welcome change, but one I couldn't take full advantage of.

This damn insomnia is going to be the death of me.

I rub my eyes, as I place my phone down.

Insomnia, something I developed in my early teen years. It comes in waves, medicated, I can sleep, but I'd prefer to use drugs the least I can.

I stand up form just chair and head to the kitchen to grab something to eat.

I grab an apple from the fruit bowl and take a bite out of it.

I have to pick up Ahri today and head out early.

I take another hefty bite of my apple.

Maybe we can grab some breakfast.

I take a third bite.

Yeah, foster the relations and get a nice meal out of it.

I smile as I take the fourth bite of my now barren apple.

And all on Evelynn's dime.

I toss the apple into the trash can and head to the master bedroom to get dressed.

I'm making my way right back to my goal.

I enter the master bedroom and begin to pick out my clothes.

Living a quite life with a woman that loves me just as much as I love her.

I knock gently on Akali's door.

Me: "Akali... Are you in there?"

I hear ruffling inside her room until the door clicks and she pops her face out.

She frowned when she saw it was me.

Me: "Ha... Hey Akali, I hope you slept well."

Her gaze focused into a glare.

Akali: "What do you want?"

She said coldly.

It's been like that for the past few days. Everyone around the house is tense.

Well... everyone except Kai'sa, who seemed more analytical and observant than angry.

Me: "Look, I know you're not happy with Eve or me but I was hoping you'd join us for breakfast..."

Her eyes narrowed further.

Akali: "Where are we eating? I cheat on my man express? Or maybe unfaithful girls are us?"

I sigh deeply as my shoulders slump.

Me: "Akali, please, just one breakfast. You don't have to say anything."

I take a deep breath.

Me: "Eve is really broken up okay? Just give her a chance to explain—"

My ears flare up as I hear the doorbell ring.

I turn to the door, then back to her uncaring face.

Me: "Please Akali, think about it okay?"

I turn my back to her and walk towards the door.
