"I wonder how it's going with the two of them? You think they're hitting it off?" Mila glances behind her, craning her neck, trying to catch a glance at the awkward pair.

Grabbing her hands in one hand, gently turning her face so she's looking into his eyes, whispering,

"Amelia, give them space. Wormtail is a big boy now. Now, let's go on the Ferris wheel. I wanna have a kiss at the top." He throws his arm around her shoulder and guides her away.

As they walked around the park, pushing Cassie's stroller, they took in the sights and sounds around them, marveling at the flashing lights and the smell of freshly fried food.

They played some carnival games and won a few stuffed animals, one for his girl and one for his little Bambi, before making their way over to the Ferris wheel. Mila's stomach was doing flip-flops, but she tried to hide it with a smile as they got in line.

Finally, it was their turn to get on the ride. They settled into the swinging car and looked at the sprawling fairgrounds below. As the Ferris wheel started to move, Mila felt a surge of excitement mixed with fear.

James put his arm around her, sensing her nervousness, and whispered in her ear, "It's okay; I'm here. Just look at the view."

Mila took a deep breath, kissed the baby's head, and looked again at the fairgrounds. The lights seemed to blur together, creating a kaleidoscope of colours that dazzled her. She felt James' arm tighten around her as they rose higher and higher.

The Ferris wheel paused as they reached the top, allowing them to take in the panoramic view. Mila could see for miles around them, the lights of the city twinkling in the distance. It was a breathtaking sight, and she couldn't help but feel grateful to be experiencing it with James by her side.

They talked and laughed as the ride continued, pointing out different attractions they wanted to visit. As the Ferris wheel slowly stopped back on the ground, Mila and James exchanged a smile and a kiss, feeling closer to each other than ever.

As they walked away from the Ferris wheel, holding hands and giggling, Mila realized that sometimes the simplest moments can be the most memorable. She felt lucky to have someone like James, who could turn a simple ride on a Ferris wheel into a magical experience.

As they continued exploring the fair, trying different foods, and playing games, Mila couldn't shake the joy and contentment that the Ferris wheel ride had given her. She knew this was a moment she would cherish forever, and she felt grateful for the love she and James shared.

Crimson and Peter spotted the entrance to the Haunted house and excitedly stepped forwards.

As they approached the entrance, the house's facade sent shivers down their spines. The front door creaked open as they stepped inside, and they were immediately enveloped in darkness.

They could hear the faint sound of creepy music playing, and the smell of musty air filled their noses.

The two teens tightly held onto each other as they walked through the first room, filled with cobwebs and eerie portraits on the walls. Suddenly, a figure jumped out from behind a curtain, causing them both to scream in fright.

They quickly realized it was just an actor in costume, but it didn't make the experience any less terrifying.

The next room was even worse. Crimson and Peter had to navigate through a maze of dark corridors with nothing but a dimly lit flashlight to guide them.
