Linda doesn't start writing in her diary until the sequel (Warrior). But in the sequel, I found it way better to organize her thoughts clearly and effectively than scrambling her words all over the unorganized place.
I started writing the diary entry for Chapters 1 & 2 of Feeble. So, you'll see a mix of her narration be put down to her journaling as well as her narrating what she sees in the world around her. I did this with The Noble Anderson with the main character, Angie. Now with Feeble, it's a better direction to put the novel towards.
