I wanted you to see my hurt...

I wanted you to see through my useless words....

I wanted you to see my love...

I wanted you to see what I had to offer...

I wanted you to see that I wasn't going to leave you....like the others had told me to...

I wanted you to see what your spell had done to me...

I wanted you to see that I could never just "up & leave"...

I wanted you.

I wanted you to know that no matter what was said about you, I would never take anything they said to heart.

Nevermind, I did.

I took a lot to heart, but it was only because I thought seeing the creator of me suffer wasn't right, not wrong.

I thought that maybe, just... maybe you'd accept it.

I wanted you to know that I loved you with everything that I could give from my dainty heart.

My heart is shattered...

I'm broken...

Torn in two...

I thought you could handle it...

I thought you could put the pieces back together that's why I wanted you to...

I thought that maybe you'd see past my fake anger and still hug me and tell me you loved me...

But you never did.

Maybe... I was too good at it...

I wanted to see that you weren't giving up

I wanted to see that you weren't giving up on us

On me

Or on yourself...

You couldn't.

You wanted me.

You wanted me to know you like the back of your hand.

You wanted me to be able to spit facts about you on the spot.

You wanted me to say the things I felt scared to say...

You wanted me to know you... for you...

You wanted me to be able to understand your slight shrugs and your non-tight hugs...

But I wanted you to see that I wasn't happy with myself.

I wanted you to see that I've been waiting hand & foot for your move...

I wanted you to take a walk in my shoes...

We both wanted us to love each other the way we loved the other...

Oh my god... I just wanted you...

Even after everything that happened...

I wanted you.

You wanted me.
