Pain and agony, a daunting pair,
Soul-wrenching feelings, too hard to bear.
Aches and sorrows, they never stop,
And they make our hearts feel like they'll pop.

Tears and groans, they join our cries,
As we long for comfort, that elusive prize.
The weight of hurt, it feels so real,
Our inner selves, they start to peel.

Yet pain, dear friend, it can teach,
Lessons that only trials can reach.
It can show us courage, strength, and grace,
As we navigate through life's darkest space.

So let us face pain, and feel its sting,
For in it, we can learn to spread our wings.
And with every step, we soar high,
Towards a brighter future, beyond the sky...
