This is a slow burn childhood friends to lovers. The first few chapters take place when Y/N and Jenna are in Elementary and Middle school. There's no explicit romance there because we don't sexualize little kids. Ever. The closest thing to romance is innocent crushes and a little bit of I like a "straight" girl angst.
This is gonna be reeeaalllllly slow burn because A: I procrastinate writing romance and B: who doesn't love a good slow burn
Some TW's Y/N will experience homophobia, other types of bullying, and develop some mental health issues. I'll do my best to put a TW on the chapter header if that will take place.
