It had been the day after the hero naming session. All was fine with classes as he continued to interact with his school "friend's". Although, the one named Lida had been acting awfully strange nowadays, every time the mention of his brother, Ingenium, had been brought up he'd always dismiss the concern

Whilst Midoriya and Uraraka had been oblivious to the signs, Black had already put together the pieces that the lack of interaction had been due to the early retirement of his brother. Those vengeful eyes were all that was needed to do so, the abnormal behaviour was merely a bonus hint

And so he has come to the conclusion that revenge was Lida's goal within the hero internship, coupled with the fact that he's interning in an agency located in the place his brother was attacked made it far too obvious for anyone

Although he was quite skeptical of this turn of events considering Lida's rule enforcing nature, the compiled evidence was stacked against him and was impossible to deny

This is what Black had within his mind as he made his way towards the dorms. Upon opening the door however, he was greeted with the sight of his disciple standing several meters in front of him

"Welcome back master" Grey said. Like one would act with their master, the human child motionlessly stood there with the perfect posture riddled with discipline and fierce loyalty. Sensing something wrong with the situation, Black urged to appropriate his behaviour

"Pleasure to see you Grey. And may I ask, how long have you stood there?" Black asked. To which Grey had immediately responded

"According to my count, I've stood here for approximately 4 hour and 24 minutes" Grey straightforwardly said. Of which caused Black to have great worry for the zealously loyal boy

"I see..." Black said. Black had no need for a visual look on Grey's face as he already knew of the ecstatic anticipation the boy had. With a heavy heart Black laid his hand atop the boy's shoulder

"For your sake I urge you to not commit to such actions. You should know better than to do so, even if it is related to me" Black said. Although slightly upsetting Grey, he could still understand the reason behind his master's words

"Very well, I will do as you say master" Grey said, believing it to be the end of the discussion. Of which turned out to be false as Black held his index finger out

"That is not all, I also suggest that you refer to me as Black in the presence of others" Black added. Of which profusely shocked the boy. Hesitation was apparent in his staggering posture as the boy built up the courage to question his master

"Master I can't help but ask the meaning of this? Isn't it inappropriate for me to do so?" Grey asked. He had always been one to question his master for educational purposes, but never has he actively opposed to an order from his master

"I beg to differ. Doing so would attract unwanted attention if the media were to know of our relationship. A quirkless child with an undying loyalty towards a villain such as myself would plummet my reputation into the abyss" Black said. Whilst he could certainly understand the reason behind it, he was still reluctant to do so

"I already have much to handle with my current reputation, I'd rather not lower it any further. So please, call me Black" Black said. Causing Grey to upsettingly tilt his head down to the floor

"Yes... Black" Grey said. Much to his dismay, the boy complied with his master's orders

"Might I remind you that you will only do so in the presence of others. You may still be able to call me master in private or with the other two" Black said. Of which relieved Grey's distraught as he lifted his head to face his master once more
