Lorraine Winters was born into a secretive death eater family. They were known for being spies for Voldemort and so far no one on the outside knew. She was the youngest to wear the dark mark on her arm, having gotten it when she was a year old. When...

WORD COUNT [2391] ABOVE IS THE BEAUTIFUL DRESS THAT I IMAGINED LORRAINE IN <3 IF IT DOESN'T WORK I MIGHT CRY BUT THAT'S ALRIGHT

"I think it's a very nice detail that the boys get there first to wait to see us lovely ladies," Lorraine hummed, running her comb through her hair delicately. Her dress was put on first to avoid any make-up smudging or hair getting unkempt again. She had also used make-up to cover her dark mark. Her hair was the last that she decided to finish and when she looked in the mirror, she grinned in satisfaction at the sight that greeted her.
Well-presented and flawless, just as she liked it.
"What do you think?" Hermione asked timidly, coming out of the bathroom. She looked absolutely beautiful. Her hair was styled into curls and her dress was a beautiful array of pinks and purples that complimented her figure perfectly.
She was the epitome of beauty, Lorraine thought. She hoped that the girl's date would realise how lucky they were to have such a beautiful girl like Hermione as their date.
"You look beautiful, Hermione," Lorraine said softly, giving her a reassuring hug. "I don't think there will be anyone as beautiful as you in the Great Hall tonight."
"You certainly give me a run for my money," Hermione joked lightly, taking the girl's hand and walking with her to the Great Hall.
"So, who are you going with?" Lorraine asked when they were just a minute away from the Hall. "If you don't mind me asking."
"Oh! I'm going with Krum...!" Hermione replied, whispering it to her as if it were some secret. It brought out a soft laugh from Lorraine.
"That's amazing, Hermione." The two were about to turn around the corner to the staircase that would lead them to the Great Hall doors, but Hermione stopped.
"You look beautiful, Hermione," Lorraine said reassuringly. "Just keep holding onto my hand, we'll knock the socks off of these boys."
"I know...I'm just so nervous...!"
"From what I've heard about Krum, I know that he will be there with you every step of the way. Just focus on him. Or me. Whatever tickles your fancy."
Hermione giggled and let the girl lead her down the staircase. There were only a few people waiting outside the doors: Harry, Parvati, Ron, and the rest of the champions and their dates. Lorraine's heart nearly dropped as she noticed that the girl Harry had a crush on was Cho. The girl that Cedric had a crush on and was taking to the Ball.
