Including Vivienne.

"NOO!!!" Screamed the matriarch and run to her daughter, moving the vampire away from her.

"I know what it looks like," Damon raised his hands up in surrender. "But I swear, I'm not responsible for this!"

Well, thankfully he wasn't a God person, otherwise, he wouldn't have sworn before deciding to be untruthful; he was the one who summoned Azazel in the first place and everything else followed...

"Really?" Spoke Nathaniel, with the throatiest voice he could master when he walked closer to the vampire. "Abducting our sister, bringing her here for something you obviously yearned for, and eventually killing her, was not a responsibility of yours!?" As the words came out of his mouth, his voice got louder and louder while he drawled his last accusation.

Damon was more terrified than ever; his fear of having to deal with Alexandra's brothers came to actuality. As for Vivienne, he knew that her relationship with her daughter was on the ice, so he did not possess any fear for the matriarch.

If only he knew what the unborn child had caused her...

"Okay, firstly I would never hurt her," he declared honestly, with backward steps from Nathaniel and Gabriel. "She might be the only person that I care for her safety."

"How thoughtful of you," mocked Gabriel from beside his brother. "And that," he pointed towards his sister's unconscious form. "is the outcome of your concern for our sister's safety!"

"She's alive!" Cried Vivienne from the ground, gaining her sons' attention. She held her Stele above Alexandra's belly before muttering, "I can hear her heart beating but... I cannot detect the baby's heartbeat." Her eyes fell over her daughter's trousers, the red colour of blood being the main source of attention presently.

She changed the direction of her head towards the vampire, who found her narrowed dark-green gaze and felt his spine shiver. "Are you the reason for the cessation of my daughter's pregnancy?"

"No!" Said Damon, hastily, in defence of himself. "It was her!" She gestured towards Bree's corpse near the bar. "She said that some demon made her do it- um... Azel? Azazel?" He feigned unfamiliarity with the situation, on purpose confusing the Demon's name.

The three Shadowhunters felt their eyes widen due to the Salvatore's disclosure, mainly Vivienne, who had gotten by heart what Azazel meant in the past few years.

But she could not divulge anything to her family...

"He's alive,"

They all heard Alexandra murmuring, her eyes slightly open.

"Lexie," whispered Vivienne and caressed her daughter's cheek, her tears now evident in her eyes.

Alexandra's eyes snapped to her mother's, not quite comprehending her current behaviour as she was certain that she was having a dream. "He's alive," she grasped her mother's other hand which was supported over her belly, tightly. "Azazel's alive."

And she went limp again, in her mother's embrace.

"We must take her back to the Institute, right away," announced the eldest Bloodwood heir, picking Alexandra up, bridal style. "Inform Natalia, we need her to portal us again."

Vivienne nodded her head, obediently, surprising her sons.

What has gotten into her?

"Gabe," he addressed his little brother. "You call father and Ric and tell them to come to the Institute too. They must know what happened."
