I was chilling at home when I got a text from April.

Mya: "Mom!" My Mom: "Yeah?" Mya: "I'm going to April's!!" My Mom: "Have fun!"
I grab my keys and head out. I decided to stop at McDonald's.

I was chilling on the couch when I heard a knock.
*Knock Knock*
Mya's here!!
I jump up running over to the door opening it...
Mya: "Heyyy!!" April: "Myaaa!" Mya: "I brought food!" April: "Oh my god you always know how to make me happy!"

We both sit at the table unwrapping our food.
I start shoving my face in my burger...
Mya: "So, what did you want to tell me?" April: "Oh, you'll never guess who I met today?" Mya: "OH MY GOD, EVAN PETERS?!" April: "What? No!" Mya: "Oh, then who?" April: "My mom."
Mya chokes on her fries...
Mya: "Your- *cough* mom?!?!" April: "Yup." Mya: "What the fuck?!"
I told Mya everything...
Mya: "That's crazy!" April: "Yeah." Mya: "I can't believe she never told your brother that he has an older sister." April: "Right!" Mya: "That's so messed up! And sad." April: "I know."
Mya: "And how come you never told me your dad was sick!" April: "I don't know, I guess I was just too busy... crying." Mya: "THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE ME IDIOT! I was supposed to give you moral support!" April: "Don't worry, I got moral support from someone else..." Mya: "AM I BEING REPLACED?!?!" April: "Yeah." Mya: "Who's the bitch?!" April: "...Matt."
Mya gasps...
Mya: "Hold up?! Girly, tell me everything."
Then I told her everything that happened with Matt...
April: "And then he asked me out!" Mya: "Oh my god! My girl's got a date!!! I literally thought you were going to be single for everrrr!" April: "What, why?!" Mya: "In high school you were always like 'I don't have a crush on anyone' HELLO, everyone has crushes!" April: "First of all, not everyone has a crush, and second, all the boys were mad ugly at our school!" Mya: "I mean... your not wrong." April: "Remember when you had a crush on Ben?" Mya: "Ew don't remind me!" April: "Kid was uglyyyy!"
Mya cringes as I laugh at her...
Mya: "Let's just forget about that! Anyways, when are we going shopping?" April: "What?" Mya: "For your date duhh!" April: "Uhhh..."
Mya: "Oh my god April. I'm picking you up tomorrow at 1pm. I'm not letting you go on a date looking like a hobo!" April: "Hey, I do not dress like a hobo!" Mya: "Sometimes you do!" April: "Wow!"
We both laughed.
