I rode my bike to the pizza restaurant. I parked the bike and heading inside. I clocked out and left.

I made my way to the bus stop. I hopped on and arrived near Panera Bread. I open the door walking in...

April: "Heyyy!"
Noah: "Someone's happy today!"
April: "Oh my god you won't believe what happened today!!!"
Noah: "What?!"
April: "Remember Panera boy?!"
Noah: "Yes..?"
April: "He asked for my phone number!!!"
Noah: "Ahh that's so cute!!"
April: "I know!"

Holy shit!

Nick: "What wrong?"
Nick says walking into the kitchen...
Matt: "Nothing's wrong, but I did just get April's number!"
Nick: "No way!"
Chris: "Dude you got her number?!"
Chris barges in...
Nick: "Wait how'd you get her number?"
Matt: "She delivered our pizza and I just asked her."
Chris: "Wait I thought she worked at Panera?"
Chris says stuffing his face with pizza...
Matt: "Yeah, I don't know."

My shift ended at Panera so I went home...

April: "Dad I'm home!"
Dad: "Hey sweetie how was work?"
April: "It was fine. Oh and don't forget we need to pay our bills we're late."
Dad: "Don't worry I got that covered!"

My dad grabs his jacket...

April: "Let me guess, another night shift?"
Dad: "Yup."
April: "Dad you said you it was a one time thing."
Dad: "I thought it was."
April: "Okay I'll see you tomorrow!"

My dad leaves as I head to my room. I reach into my pocket to pull out my phone...

What the fuck!!!

I run out of my room looking for my phone. It's no where.
I put on my shoes and run out the house trying to retrace my foot steps...

I was in my room scrolling on TikTok when I decided to text April.

I was hesitant at first but sent it anyways...

I waited a while but she never responded.

Maybe she's asleep?

I shut my phone and went to sleep.
