April's pov:

*RING* *RING* RING*

I slammed my alarm clock turning it off.

7:00 am.

April: "UGHHH!"

I groaned not wanting to get out of bed but forced myself to.

I staggered through the hallway till I made it to the bathroom. 

I washed my face, brushed my teeth, and threw my hair in a ponytail. I then headed toward my dad's room.

He's still asleep. I'm glad he got home safe.

I went to the kitchen and grabbed a banana. I then put on my shoes and left the house. As I was locking the door, I was greeted by someone...

Mr. Lee: "Morning April!"
April: "Hey Mr. Lee!"
Mr. Lee: "You're late on your bills!"
April: "I know, I know! Just give us one more week and it'll be payed!"
Mr. Lee: "It better be."
April: "Thank you Mr. Lee, you're the best!"

I started walking off...

Mr. Lee: "Where are you heading this early in the morning?"

I turned around.

April: "Uh... work."
Mr. Lee: "It's always work."
April: "Well I need the money to pay you for our bills! Anyways I should really go!"
Mr. Lee: "Alright sweetie, be safe!"
April: "I will!"

I ran out of the building and started walking to the pizza place. 

I put on my headphones and started humming while listening to my music. I closed my eyes for a second to appreciate the beautiful weather.

I then bumped into someone...

April: "Oh my god I'm so sorry!"
???: "It's fine. Are you okay?"

I hear a man say. His voice was raspy. I look up...

April: "Wha- Uh- y-yeah I'm fine... I gotta go!"

I ran away.

Matt's pov:

I woke up a 7am to a text message...

I got up and quickly put something on.

I grabbed my shoes and started walking over to Alahna's place.

As I was walking, I bumped into someone...

???: "Oh my god I'm so sorry!"
Matt: "It's fine. Are you okay?"

I look down to see April.

April: "Wha- Uh- y-yeah I'm fine..."

She looks down avoiding eye contact...
