Maya's POV
"Damn" I said as I walked downstairs "who was coughing like crazy all night?"
"Gracie" said Carina as she was making breakfast in the kitchen "she's down with a flu"
"Oh poor thing" I said "is she alright?"
"Running a fever" she said "but yeah okay. She'll stay here today"
I nodded as I made my way upstairs to hurry Alex
"Morning there" I said as she was finishing packing her soccer bag
"Morning" she said "jeez I couldn't sleep through the whole night. Grace kept on coughing"
"Be nice she's down with a flu." I said "come on you're gonna be late"
"Uh can I skip today?" She asked and I chuckled
"No you can't" I said "come on you've got to eat"
"I don't..." she began
"Do breakfast I know" I said "but you will"
Alex's POV
I knocked on Gracie's door as I walked in to find her tucked in bed
"Hey" I said "how are you feeling?" I asked
"Been better" she smiled "but not that bad"
"Damn. Need anything?" I asked
"Uh no" she said "can you just hand me my book?"
"Grace. You're sick. There's no books, just TV" I said
"I gotta read Alex" she said and I shook my head
"TV" I repeated. "that's it"
"Can you bring me from my locker..." she began
"Nope" I said as I closed her door "TV"
Carina's POV
"Hey Bella" I said "how are you feeling?" I asked
"Quite alright" she said as I walked over and placed my hand over her forehead
"You're still warm" I frowned "I need to do some charting, why don't you come over to my room we can catch a movie" I suggested as she nodded following me into my room
We got back into bed and turned on the Tv as she cuddled next to me as I opened my laptop
"You're not working today?" She asked and I shook my head
"Nope. I'm taking care of my bambina today" I smiled as I placed a kiss on her forehead
Maya's POV
"Alright I'll pick you up from practice today" I said as we made it to school "behave" I said
"When haven't I?" She asked
"Do I need to remind you?" I asked and she shook her head
"Alright bye mom" she said as she hopped off
I made my way to the station and started picking up some files
"Hello girly" said Vic as she walked in with Andy
"Hello there" I said
"How's everyone doing?" Asked Andy
"Uh Grace is down with a flue, Carina at home with her and Alex in her world" I said
"Aw poor Grace" said Andy "hopefully you guys won't catch it"
"So do we know who Alex's secret boy is?" Asked Vic as she raised an eyebrow
"There is no secret boy" I said
"Just because you don't want there to be a boyfriend. That doesn't mean there isn't" said Andy
