Carina's POV
We had been discussing with Maya doing some trip or something. Going out for a while now that the girls were on summer break. Even tho we really hadn't decided where we'd go.
"Snow yes!" Said Alex
"Yeah that could be cool" said Maya "oh oh we could go snowboarding in this trails they do" she said and Alex nodded
"You wanna go somewhere cold?" I asked "I thought we were talking about a beach trip thing"
"Oh" said Maya "what about snow?" She said and I sighted. "Gracie?" I asked
"I'd rather have beach. Or maybe a city" she said
"I'm not heading into a museum" said Alex
"You should" I said "it would be good"
"Should we what? Flip a coin?" Said Maya and we all nodded.
"Once we are at the snow. You'll see" said Alex as Maya flipped the coin
"Beach it is" she said as our side of the coin fell facing up
"What?!" Asked Alex "mom!"
"Alex it's a coin what did you want me to do?" She asked "we'll find something similar to snowboarding" she said and they both opened their eyes "kitesurf!" They said almost simultaneously
"It's like having two Alex's" said Gracie
"Or two mayas" I nodded
After a couple weeks we had booked a beach resort including pretty much everything both sides wanted. It has all the water sports someone could imagine and had a touristic together with calm and gorgeous beaches.
Maya's POV
"Alright we're gonna go grab our equipments" I said "and we'll be back for lunch"
"Cool. We'll see you at the beach" said Carina "watching you do whatever the hell it is you do on that thingy which I don't love"
"Mama. It's gonna be okay" said Alex as she came into the living room in her bikini
"Sure. You two, with wind a board and open ocean. What could go wrong" she said and we both chuckled
"I should be wearing a surf suit right?" Asked Alex and Maya nodded "where's Gracie?" She asked and we pointed towards their room
Alex's POV
"Hey Gracie. I need help" I said as I walked in "can you close my suit?"
"Uh sure" she said as she helped me
"Uh thanks. I feel like I can't move in this" I said jumping about "hey why aren't you changed?"
"Uh yeah I am" she said and I looked at her
"Earth to Gracie. We're at a beach you should be wearing a bathing suit?" I said
"I don't like wearing them" she said
"Uh Gracie come on" I said
"Alex they fit different on you than on me" she said
"That's not true" I said "they fit way better on you than on me"
"Alex please. Just look at you" she said "and look at me"
"Gracie. Even if it were true. Which is not, it's just us" I said and she nodded giving in
Maya's POV
We made it to the beach and saw how Carina and Gracie were sun bathing
