STELL

The dining was filled with an awkward silence. It's been almost 3 hours since that 'mishap' happened. An eerie air is encircling the table as if  we're in a horror movie.

The heck is going on??

I want to have a peaceful lunch but how can I when the tension around me is so high.

Damn!

Plus the fact that Pablo's eating with us. And was sitting beside Maverick!

Ano ba kasing nangyare dito sa dalawang 'to at naabutan pa ni Ken na magkayapos?! Napakaganda ng timing hanep!

Walang nagsasalita. Walang nais bumasag sa katahimikang hindi naman kapayapaan ang dulot.

Tanging tunog ng mga nagsasalpukang kubyertos ang nakaabot sa aking pandinig.

A few minutes had passed and we remained still not until Maverick spoke.

"U-Uhmm.. Tapos na ako. I should go home. Stell, Pablo, K-Ken... thanks for the meal." he politely said and stood up.

I nodded as a response.

Hindi ako yung tipo ng tao na basta basta papayag na aalis ang bisita ngunit sa tingin ko'y mas mabuting umuwi na muna siya sa ngayon.

I think it would be better in this situation.

Maverick was about to leave the table when Pablo held his arm.

"Don't..." mahinang wika nito pero sapat para marinig naming lahat.

Saglit akong natigilan at napamaang. Agad na dumako ang tingin ko sa lalaking aking katabi.

Kay Ken.

I can't read his expression but if my gut is right, I think he's hurt.

Well, who wouldn't be?

Pablo's been so cold to him this whole damn time. He doesn't want to talk to him, be with him, see him, or even near him. How frustrating is that? And now he's been clinging to some other alpha.

Hindi ko alam kung anong tumatakbo sa utak ng kakambal ko. Hindi ko alam kung dala ba talaga ng pagbubuntis niya kaya siya naging sadista at ngayon ay pinaparusahan ang lalaking mahal niya.

If that what pregnancy made him, now i'm even more scared to try it myself.

He's being difficult to understand as time goes by. And I fvcking mean it!

Tila napako din sa pagkakatayo si Maverick at saglit na hindi nakakilos.

The loud thumps on my chest was all gone.

I also have hints on what's going on.

"I-I should go Pablo." he softly replied.

Pablo slowly withdrawn his hand and slump his shoulders.

He's disheartened.

"B-But i'll try to visit you...again...some other time..." marahang wika ni Maverick.

By that, Pablo's face slightly lighten up  and nodded.

Muli nitong pinahayag ang pasasalamat at nagpaalam.

"Wait Mav, sabay na tayo." biglang sabi ni Ken at agad ding tumayo.

I abruptly looked up to look at him and so as Pablo.
