PABLO

"Una na ko Pablo. Mukhang wala ka namang balak na ayain ako sa pa dinner ng kapatid mo." Cross said as we got out of the gymnasium.

I nodded as a response.

"Pero pwede pa naman magbago isip mo. Nandito pa naman ako." hirit muli nito.

Mukhang nagpaparinig pa ang loko.

Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin.

"You can go home now Cross. I ain't gonna stop you." I said and rolled my eyes.

"Stingy." he answered. "Sige. I'll go ahead. See you next week." paalam nito at umalis na.

Si Cross talaga minsan mukhang free food. Malaki din naman allowance na binibigay sa kanya ng dad niya. Kuripot lang kasi kaya ganun. I laughed at the thought.

I'm going to call Stell, but I need to go to the comfort room first.

Tinatawag ako ng kalikasan.

I made my way to the cr.

Wala na masyadong tao sa paligid. Marahil ay nagsiuwian na din matapos ang laro.

I was walking in the corridor when I saw a guy leaning with his shoulder against the wall.

Lumapit ako dito.

"Hoy." tinapik ko ang balikat niya. "Okay ka lang?" tanong ko.

He looked up, and I could clearly see the pain on his face.

"Hey, what's wrong?!?" I asked, cupping his face with full of concern.

He didn't answer. Instead, he bent a little and looked at his foot.

Oh my gosh!!!

"Your ankle is swollen!" I exclaimed. "You appeared to be just fine a moment ago. What happened?" I asked while checking.

Hindi ito muli sumagot.

"Saglit lang. Tawagin ko teammates mo. Dito ka lang hah." I ordered.

Pero bago pa ako makaalis ay nahawakan na nito ang braso ko.

"N-No...don't. Nakaalis na sila." sabi nito habang nakangiwi. Siguro dahil sa sakit na iniinda.

What?! How could they leave him here? Na ganito?

"Ano?!? Bakit ka nila iniwan?" I yelled. "Or you didn't tell them that you tripped badly a while ago??"

He can't look at me in the eye.

His silence was a clear answer.

Guilty.

"Ano ka ba naman Ken Suson?!? Bakit hindi ka kasi nagsabi?? Ikamamatay mo ba pag nalaman nilang nasaktan ka hah??!" I scolded.

Talaga naman! Napakamapride!

I hissed.

"It's clear as the sky. You're putting your ego on top of the line. While you can even ask for help instead." patuloy ko sa panenermon dito.

With this kind of attitude he has, I can absolutely conclude that he belongs to those alpha who always put their pride first. They think about superiority all the time which basically not showing their weaknesses to other people. Hard- headed in a simplest manner.

"I'm not forcing you to help. You can leave if you want, okay? So stop nagging. Nakakairita." he removed my hand that was on his shoulder.

See? Siya pa itong matapang. Ayaw napapagsabihan kahit sala naman talaga sa katwiran.
