Jasper drove Adeline home. He pulled into her driveway, and her father's car was back in its original spot. "Do you want to meet them now, or when you come to pick me up?" Adeline asked.

"It might be better if you give them a heads up." Adeline understood and the two of them got out of the car.

"Are you gonna run home?" Adeline guessed.

"I am, but I'll be back with a car when I come pick you up."

"Okay," Adeline said smiling sweetly. She leaned up and kissed Jasper before going inside. When she walked in her parents were sitting on the couch doing their activities. "Hi mom, hi dad," Adeline greeted.

"Where were you?" her mother: Deliah asked.

"At the Cullen's, Jasper wanted me officially meet Esme and Carlise. You know, as his girlfriend." The word girlfriend gave Adeline a stupid smile she had a hard time wiping off. Her parents picked up the smile. Delilah looked to her husband for an explanation.

"Jasper is one of Dr. Cullen's adoptive children. His wife is Jasper and Rosalie's aunt, they've been with her since they were eight" he explained.

"And Jasper and I have been dating for 6ish weeks. He's a good guy, I trust him with my life," Adeline said, "Uhm, by the way. He and his family invited me to go play baseball with them." She said unsure of herself.

"Okay. That's a lot to take in," Delilah said, "When will he come to pick you up?"

"15 minutes, I'm probably just going to watch, Edward is bringing Bella Swan too. He wants to meet you guys officially too."

"I think that can be arranged. Have you eaten yet honey?" Her mother said.

"No not yet but think I'll just eat a piece of toast with some peanut butter and banana" Her parents nodded in acknowledgment. Adeline left to go upstairs. She changed her outfit and took off her makeup. The game was probably going to take a while. She changed into a pair of leggings, a short sleeve shirt, and her black, high-top converse. Adeline went downstairs and ate her lunch. A short while later Jasper knocked on the door. Adeline hurried to get it. Her parents assembled in the foyer waiting patiently for Jasper. He walked in with Adeline. He stood still greeting them, "Good afternoon, Dr. and Mrs. Sinclair," Jasper said, turning his southern gentleman mode up just a little bit.

"Hello, Jasper," Steven: Adeline's father said. He stepped forward to shake Jasper's hand. Steven stepped back so Deliah could shake Jasper's hand.

"Hi Jasper," she said in her sweet mothery way.

"I hope Adeline informed you of my family's plan to play baseball," Jasper said.

"She did, my only request is that you be safe, and bring her back before 10:30 tonight," Steven said.

"I can most certainly do that Dr. Sinclair" Jasper looked to Adeline, "You ready to go?"

"Yes I just have to grab my purse real quick," Adeline said. She quickly rushed up the stairs to grab her purse and pack her phone with her. She ran down the stairs and hugged her parents before joining hands with Jasper and leaving.

They arrived at the clearing sometime later. Jasper parked the Jeep and helped Adeline out of the car. Jasper had brought one of his jackets for her, he had worn it recently so it still smelled like him. He offered it to Adeline which she took immediately.
