I shoved my hands into my pocket, I was walking in silence.

Things had never been the same since lance died.

I don't like to go into details but he just didn't make it.

He was the one I loved but he's gone.

We were supposed to save the universe altogether.

Guess that was not meant to be.

rain softly splattered my face I looked up at the depressing dark clouds pulling up my hood.

The sound of thunder rang through my ears like a massive church bell.

I smiled warmly, It was strange I could feel him singing that song Ophelia I never really liked it though, I remember having a full-on 2-hour conversation over it with him.

Opening my phone I tapped on Spotify, searching for the song I brushed off a few water droplets in the process.

ʻI hope you're watching...ʼ I thought.

I clicked on the song as the music slowly started to play.

I slowly pulled down the hood of my coat.

I grin made its way on my face as the wind hit my face.

I spun around laughing singing to the lyrics of the song letting them wash over all my senses.

I panted catching my breath as the song finished, I went up to brush my wet face until I noticed the warm salty tears falling from my eyes.

My cold hands whipped them away, I started to walk to his grave picking up a flower for him.

ʻʻ Lance Mclain...I will love you forever and always. ʼʼ I said placing the blue rose down on the ground, I glanced at the other roses which were decaying, and frowned.

I stared at the dull wintery sky the rain had become lighter since when I had been dancing.

I turned my gaze back to the roses the thing is that they were

alive.

no signs of decay...its as if someone just grew them, the soft blues and reds on the flowers were so vibrant only one person could have done this

A toothy grin plastered my face.

his voice echoed in my head.

ʻHe is with me...ʼ I said a sudden fuzzy and cozy feeling spread through me.

not with Lance by my side.
