Chapter 12: Through the Night

I've promised my partners that I will dedicate an entire day for us... to simply have fun. In other words, game all day.
When I explained to them what my plan was, they suggested that I should work just a bit - keeping enough energy for gaming during the evening hours. 

One step further... I stated that we should play all night. Thus we went to bed early yesterday.

Lying around in bed, alternating between different sleeping positions. I end up oversleeping by a few hours. Also... I didn't set alarms. 
My work to day is completely optional, though if I finish it... I can finally order even better components for the girls' rigs. Not their... dragons, their computers.

Hold on...

Why do I call today's work optional... if... I can make my lovers happy? It's mandatory! 

Springing out of bed, fueled by determination, I head straight to my chair and get to work. 
Typing away on my keyboard, clicking furiously to get it done - while retaining my concentration and workflow.
Tirpitz - Schwester~...! Kommandant's missing~!
Bismarck - He's... at his desk... 
Tirpitz - Say, Kommandant~...!
- Sweethearts?
Bismarck - Kaffee!
Tirpitz - Yeeees!
- I'll get to it. | I've not had mine yet either. I must enjoy it with them, every single morning. Coffee's never tasted better.

Three quick brews later, I return to our bedroom to find my girls barely out of bed. Their hair's a complete tornado. Eyes barely open and their bodies gently swaying left and right.
- Here.
Flashing brightly on the morning sky, a thunder announces itself. Though... no rain. 

Bismarck - It'll rain... lovely~. | Smiling with an almost-drunk face, Bismarck smiles.
Tirpitz - Kommandant, what does your phone?
- I'll check now. 
Fascinating. 
- There'll be weather anomalies today for the following days. 
Bismarck - That's great~. We can cuddle more!
Tirpitz - Cuddles!
- Under a nice and cozy blanket.
Tirpitz & Bismarck - Fantastic...

Back in to my chair, I continue to press on. Even though I don't want to.

Taking a quick break, I search up the new components I want to order.

Besides being the least available graphics cards in... forever, they're on sale too. At this price point, not many can even dream to afford it. Regardless, my bank account will not even feel a mild wind.
I should order now... so they arrive until tonight.

Bismarck - Kommandant~...! You're phone beeped! | Crap! That's the notification from the bank's app on my phone!
Tirpitz - It's... from the bank...?
- Must be the bonus!
Bismarck & Tirpitz - Bonus?
Explaining to them what bonus I'm talking about, the girls smile.
Tirpitz - Well done!
Bismarck - Little work pays off too!
- It does. | Especially in my field...

Taking a project that has to be rushed isn't my specialty, but... money is money.

Sending off the finished project, I check on the delivery. Almost here! The final piece in the puzzle to give their rigs an entire overhaul!
Obviously... they'll build their respective system.

Shutting off my machine, I stare out the window at the city. There is an event planned this weekend... something to do with Autumn...
I'll look at it later in the day. 

Recently, there were a lot of discounts on various top of the line computer components. I instantly bought two of each. Not for myself, but for my lovers.
Their laptops are powerful, yet they don't allow much individualization. Having purchased them solely for the purpose of working and browsing. The screens are also a big drawback for extended gaming hours.

The parts I've bought until now are all still in their packages, waiting to be taken out and put to use.

Pondering over various things - planning them out in my mind, time wanders off, leaving me standing. From morning, it turned to late afternoon. I'm surprised the girls haven't checked on me yet.
