The rest of the week was hell, I’m grateful though for the support I get from Ashley, he is literally the only person that keeps me sane, in spite of everything I was going through I still took my vitamins 3 times a day every day and I still haven’t had any courage to tell my mom or Tumi about the pregnancy and everyone was commenting on my weight gain. Today is finally Saturday, Ashley is taking me to the doctor for the tests.
We got to the doctor for the tests and everything went well, the HIV/Aids test came back negative, my blood pressure was normal and my sugar was also normal, he checked for other things and I was healthy, so was the baby, the doctor gave me a date to come back for my 4-month check-up which was next month (October). After the appointment, we went to a restaurant to eat lunch
Ashley: How are things at home?
Me: Things are awkward, I’m always wearing big things to cover my stomach because I’m scared my mom might notice
Ashley: I’m sorry
Me: It’s fine
Ashley: If it makes you feel any better, you are not showing yet
Me: But everyone is commenting on my weight gain
Ashley: They are blind, you are beautiful
I know he was just trying to make me feel better
Me: Thank you babe, you know how to make me feel better
Ashley: You know I would do anything to see that pretty smile on your face
Me: I really don’t know what I would do without your support, you are really my pillar of strength
Ashley: Hey, like I said, we are in this together
Me: I love you
Ashley: I love you too
