Chap 10

Lizzie POV:
After cleaning up the mess we had made in the backyard during the water fight. I went to shower and then went down the kitchen to see what Y/n was going to cook but to my surprise she wasn't there. So I went to my sisters to ask them where Y/n is.
"MK, Ashley. Do you know where Y/n is ?" I ask them
"Yes, she had a date, uh no an appointment. She told us she wouldn't be there tonight" Ashley replies nervously
" A date or and appointment ?" I ask a little confused
"It was a meeting to discuss a surfing project but she didn't want to tell us more" says MK
At the same time Scarlett and Zoe enter the room.
"Who has a date ?" asks Scarlett
"Y/n" I answer
"With who ?" asks Zoe
"It's a business meeting for her surfing projects" answer MK
"Oh that's cool. I hope she gets something good out of it" Scarlett replies
"Well enough about Y/n. Let's order pizza" I suggest
"Good idea, I'm dying" replies Ashley
When the pizzas arrived, we sat on the terrace to eat while looking at the stars. Once the pizza were finished, we went to watch a movie but I couldn't concentrate on the movie because my mind was trying to figure out why Y/n didn't tell me about this surfing meeting. When the movie ended, I said goodnight to the girls then went to bed still with that question in my mind why Y/n told my sisters and not me.

MK POV:
"Do you realize how much trouble you put us in by saying she had a business meeting" I said to Ashley
"What did you want me to say to her. Oh yeah, by the way Y/n had a date with a girl tonight that's why she's not here. Even though Liz would deny it, part of her still loves Y/n, so excuse me for wanting to protect her from having her heart broken again" Ashley replies with a hit of anger in her voice
"Yes I know it was the right thing to do at the time, excuse me for yelling at you. But we need to figure out what to do about this situation because if Liz finds out the truth I'm not sure she'll accept it. I also think that part of Y/n still loves Liz but she hides it well" I said
"Yes, you are right, we have to do something. What makes you think that ?
"The way Y/n look at Liz. Anyway what we just said stays between us. It's about time we went to sleep" I say
"Yes, you're right" says Ashley

Lizzie POV:
I am awakened by the smell of delicious waffles which means Y/n is making breakfast. I get dressed and then head downstairs to the kitchen. I'm still a little upset about yesterday but I'll try to put that aside for now.
"Hi, slept well ?" Y/n asks me
"Hi, pretty good and you ?" I retort
"Same, I made waffles. You want some ?" she offers me
"Yes, thanks. By the way Ashley and MK told me you were out last night, how did it go yesterday ?" I ask her
"It went pretty well. We talked a lot, so I think it's going to go well" she answers with a smile
"That's great. But why didn't you tell me about it ?" I ask her
"I wasn't sure how to bring it up so I through I'd better tell your sisters than you. I'm sorry" she replied
"I'm happy for you but next time I hope you'll let met know. Well I have to go today I have some scenes to shoot. See you tonight" then I leave to get the keys of my car then drive towards the studio with Scarlett and Zoe.

Y/n POV :
The conversation I had with Lizzie this morning was strange so I went to the twins to ask them for some explanations.
"So you are going to tell me WHY you told Lizzie I had a date ?"
"I told her you had a date and Ashley went on to say it was a business meeting for your surfing project" MK replies
She's not stupid and she's going to find ou that I'm dating someone and that all three of us have been lying to her" I reply
"I know but I panicked and the words just came out" says Ashley
"How did your date go ?" asks Mk
"Great, we talked over few drinks and then we went for a walk on the beach and then we went back to ours cars and she kissed me" I say
"That's great, I'm happy for you" said the twins
Once our discussion was over, I got to work. Then came the time of the break and after a long and eternal hours the day was over. Right now I'm in the kitchen preparing food when I hear the door open accompanied by familiar voices. I set the table, served everyone and then went to get them to eat.
"So how was this shoot ?" I ask them
"Exhausting but great" Scarlett answers
"It's clear even if the scenes we shot today were complicated" adds Lizzie
The meal was rather animated, everyone laughed, made fun at each other. In short, it was as if we were at a family dinner with cousins we haven't seen for a long time. Once the meal finished, I left to do the dishes and my evening routine an finally watch Stranger Things. Suddenly I hear the ringing of the notifications of my phone resound in the room.
