Taylee wakes up and looks at the clock: 8:30 a.m. She rolls over and sees Josh still sleeping peacefully next to her. She runs her fingers through his thick curls resulting in a small moan from him. He puts his arm around her waist and pulls her closer. His skin is warm and comforting. She places a light kiss on his neck.

"You better stop that mama." he says with a smile.

"Or what?" she kisses his neck again.

He rolls over on his back and pulls her on top of him keeping his hands on her lower back. 

"This is the greatest thing I have ever waken up to." he pulls her into a deep kiss..

Josh walks downstairs whistling.

"Someone's had a good morning." Jake says to him with a smirk. Jake is always the first one awake. He hands Josh a cup of coffee.

"You could say that." Josh replies smiling. "That woman. She's really something."

"I haven't seen you this happy in a long time, Josh. I'm so glad Taylee has come along."

"Me too, Jakey."

The boys sit on the porch drinking their coffee and talking. Josh finishes his coffee and stands up.

"I'm going to brush my teeth. Lets go work on some songs before the other boys get up. It's been a while since we've sat down just the two of us."

"Sounds good to me."

Josh walks upstairs and into their bedroom. He can hear the shower running and music playing. He opens the bathroom door slowly and quietly steps in. He walks over to the shower and slowly pulls back the curtain. Taylee begins singing along with the music as Josh admires her curves. She turns to grab her body wash.

"Josh!" she jumps. "My gosh! You scared me to death!"

"Sorry mama. I heard the shower running and just wanted to check on you." he winks.

"You can join me if you want."

"I'm supposed to be meeting Jake in the studio. But I can't turn this down."

He picks up his phone and sends Jake a quick text. "Be down in 10 minutes. Distractions."

He joins Taylee in a steamy shower. He gets out, puts on his white t-shirt and khaki pants, kisses Taylee on the forehead and heads downstairs.

"Finally!" Jake says as Josh enters the studio.

"Sorry. Taylee was in the shower."

"Oh I get it. Let's get to work."

Sam and Danny eat a quick breakfast then join Jake and Josh in the studio. Taylee grabs her book and sits on the porch to read. Jita comes out to join her and lights a cigarette.

"So how are you liking your trip?" she asks.

"It's really amazing. I'm enjoying my time with Josh. I've only seen him here and there for the past few months. It's nice to really get to know him more."

"Just don't hurt him, okay?"

"Of course not. Why would I?"

"He's very fragile. Haven't you heard the story of his previous relationship?"

"No?"

"Oh boy. I'm not sure if I should be the one to tell you this but Josh had a very negative experience with a girl a few years ago."

"What happened?"

"She used him. They met before Greta van Fleet was popular. When they were still playing in tiny bars before everyone really knew of them. He fell very hard for her and tried to do anything he possibly could to make her happy. Unfortunately I think she was in love with the guy in the band instead of truly loving Josh. When they started to get popular a year later she basically invited herself to tour with them. It caused a lot of issues between the boys but Josh was blinded by love so he allowed it to happen. She got very jealous any time Josh would talk to female fans and throw a fit. She was very rude to their fans and wouldn't let Josh do much of anything without her. Jake finally got through to Josh letting him know that this girl was toxic. Josh tried to break up with her but she continued to use the "I love you" card and kept making him feel guilty. She promised she would do better and somehow kept him smitten with her for three more months. She posted pictures of him on social media to gain followers, she would completely ignore him when they were alone but loved him in public, and she even convinced him to purchase an engagement ring for her."
