The Swayamwar

As the days passed King Kushadwaja, Queen Chandrabagha along with Mandavi and Shrutkirti as King Janak announced about Sita 's swayamwar .Mandavi and Shrutkirti ran to Sita 's chamber and found her sitting on her bed along with Urmila and the four sisters shared a group hug after that all four of them decided to go to the garden for roaming in the garden teasing each other and then all of them went to the palace there Mandavi was in deep thoughts which were broken my Urmila 's voice she was constantly calling her name and said Mandavi didi where are you lost to which Mandavi said I am feeling sad Urmila to which Sita asked Mandavi why are you feeling sad to which Mandavi said didi if you will go then what will we do how will me manage ourselves when we pranks and tease each other then all four of enjoy banters together but after some time you will go ,leaving three of us alone how will we live without you to which Sita smiled and and said Mandavi distance make heart closer after listening this all four of them smiled after that three of them started teasing Sita ,they told us about the two princes who have came  along with Rishi Vishwamitra after this Shrutkirti said that I have came to know that these two princes are sons of King Dashrath of Ayodhya and they have killed the demoness Tadaka and her son Subahu but Mareecha managed to escape after that Sita 's friend Puja said that the name of elder prince is Ram and the name of younger prince is Lakshman both of them are very strong even King Janak has requested both of them to stay in the guest palace along with Rishi Vishwamitra entire Mithila is talking about the stories and praises of Prince Ram and Lakshman after that all of them decided to go to Pushpa Vatika and there Ram and Sita saw each other for the first time after that Queen Chandrabagha and Queen Sunaina asked Sita and others to do puja and all of them went to the temple for doing Pooja there as Sita was doing aarti Mandavi was praying to the goddesses that May Sita di gets all the happiness and no obstacles come to her path divine soul please bless my sister o divine soul its my humble request. Next day was the day of swayamwar and Sunaina was busy thinking about the results of the swayamwar Chandrabagha caught her hand and told Sunaina no to worry after that Sunaina ordered the girls to get Sita ready for the  swayamwar after that she told them to get ready and the girls went to the Sita 's swayamwar arrangements were done for rose water treatment for Sita and after that all three of them started to her make her ready .The golden lehenga was just breathtaking that was especially prepared for her swayamwar after that the girls started to do her makeup and then Shrutkirti made her hairstyle and after that Urmila made her wear mang tika along with sheesh chain and then Mandavi made her wear the two gold necklaces then the waistband after that Shrutkirti made her wear earrings, kangan snd bangles and after that Mandavi made her wear the nose ring and payal and then putted veil on Sita 's head ,gold was her favorite that's why Sita wore gold jewelry

After that all four of them headed towards the royal sabha for the swayamwar and they made Sita sit on the throne and then they sat beside her after some time swayamwar started one by one each and every king present in that sabha tried to lift that dhanush but no one was able to lift that after that Ravan the king of Lanka came and he said that I will take this dhanush to Lanka and will keeper there and saying that he started lifting Shiv Dhanush  ,when he was trying to lift Mandavi started praying to God O God please don't let Ravana lift this dhanush he is a demon and he even doesn't respect women please I can't see my sister's life getting spoiled please in process she started sweating and after some time Ravan accepted his defeat Mandavi thanked all the Gods for listening her plea.After this all the king and princes started to lift but they were stopped by King Janak. King Janak said what kind of behavior is this are strong and powerful warriors have exited this earth "In all the royal people present here no one is that powerful that he can can lift this dhanush "after listening this a prince started saying king you can't say like this ,my brother is also sitting in this sabha and he is extremely strong so please don't say like this and after that Sage Vishwamitra blessed Ram and allowed him to lift the Shiv Dhanush and then Ram went towards that Dhanush offered prayers to that Dhanush and then he started lifting that Dhanush while he was trying Sita was praying to all the Gods of the universe that may Ram lift the Dhanush Queen Sunaina was sitting worried waiting for the result .King Janak and King Kushadwaja were determined that Ram can lift the dhanush and then Ram lifted  the Shiv Dhanush and while he was stringing the bow it broke down into two parts .Mandavi, Urmila and Shrutkirti 's joy didn't had any bounds and then three of them walked together with Sita and Sita garlands Ram but then Sage Parshuram arrived there full of anger ready to kill the people present there .He asked who has broken this dhanush in a fury to which the younger prince started quarreling with him and then he asked king Janak as to who has done this to which king janak said that when Sita was small she very easily lifted this dhanush and then I decided that whoever prince or king will be able to lift this dhanush will marry Sita to which Sage Parshuram said that this dhanush was given to you for taking care of not for using it in swayamwar to which Ram said O great Sage this dhanush has been broken by me so please forgive me and then  Sage Parshuram started raising his voice but he realized who Ram and Lakshman really are and then he asked Ram to target the Vishnu Dhanush and he did that and then Sage Parshuram went from there after that Queen Sunaina came their with aarti thali and did tilak of Ram and blessed him and then King Janak told a messenger to get the news of swayamwar reach Ayodhya as soon as possible and then he also blessed Ram and then Ram and Lakshman touched the feet of King Janak Queen Sunaina Queen Chandrabagha and King Kushadwaja.
