From: Yoongi
To: Namjoon
Hey, it's been a while since we saw each other and everyone else. I really miss you, all of you, so do you think we can all meet up again eventually? I bought the new apartment and sent everyone the address already, now I'm just waiting for all of you to come in person and help me decorate. Text me back okay? I hope everything at work is going well and you're not too stressed out. I love you. I love all of you. So take care.

The cafe was calm, not too busy yet as it was early morning, with a few early birds seated at the table, relaxing and planning out their days, while some walked in rushed with their orders to leave in time to make it to work while making sure they got their caffeine fix. Sera was one of the few who leisurely sat at a nearby table, with a laptop infront of her, looking at flight tickets to South Korea.
A waiter approached her with a welcoming smile, and asked her what she would like to order.
"Can i just have a Vietnamese coffee and an iced peach tea?" Sera replied, remembering that Lilia was someone who didn't like the taste of coffee nor the anxiousness that came along with the caffeine.
"Of course! Ill get that for you as soon as possible!"
Soon after, her phone buzzed as it was a text:
From Kimie
To Sera:
Hey bestie! Hope your talk with Lilia goes well! If anything happens give me a call and wIll be there quicker then sonic!
It was cute and heartwarming, coming this early from Kimie, as she was someone who hated waking up this early, always making sure during college to be the first to register to avoid morning classes. So for the effort for her to wake up this early during her vacation, caused Sera to smile softly.
In truth, Sera was a bit nervous meeting Lilia after all this time, and wondered how she would feel once the girl would actually be sitting infront of her. Would she be consumed with hatred, or feel a simmer of bitterness at the pit of her stomach. Or maybe, a small part of her, hoped she would feel nothing by seeing Lilia, no urge to yell at her, and no urge to hug her and comfort her. Just simple neutrality.
"Sera?"
However, just hearing her voice reminded her of their youth, when they'd just lay ontop of the grass in the park, illuminated by the old street lampposts, but dark enough to be able to gaze up at the moon and the stars.
It was fond memories that rushed back into Sera, not the painful ones.
However, it didn't mean the painful ones never came, but they were slower, creeping up into her mind, constantly to the side, forever having a grasp onto Sera even if all she did was talk and think about the good all times. Yet, it wasn't overbearing. It wasn't suffocating and it didnt make any animosity rise when Sera looked up, and into the dark eyes of Lilia, which reflected herself off them, like it always did during their highschool years.
A pair of of dark gray eyes which clashed with warm amber ones, but always held each other's reflections all these years.
A moment of silence, was just that, a few seconds before Sera smiled and got up from her seat, but didn't quite reach out for a hug, hesitating on how to greet her, "Lilia," a smile directed at Lilia, "I hope you don't mind that I got us a seat and ordered us drinks. I got you an iced peach drink, I remember that was your facorite!" With Sera's dad owning a small bakery, the two girls always found themselves there for lunch or for a snack time break before. While Sera indulged in coffee at a young age, Lilia never took to the taste, always liking something sweet over bitterness.
