The ride to Arlington palace is long and the young queen is bored. She's been pouting since the start because Jungkook chose to sit beside the driver. He said he's a bodyguard not a royal like them. She doesn't want Jungkook to feel left out but what he's saying is true

He's the Queen's General and bodyguard at the same time. It's his duty to keep the queen safe, he's not coming to that party as her boyfriend. He got to be seated beside the driver because he's on duty but the queen doesn't seem to understand it.

He wants Jungkook to be seated beside him like Jimin beside her boyfriend so she sulk till they reach the place where the gathering is happening

They got out of the car and the guards of Arlington are quick to guide them at the hall.. the usherettes saw the Young Queen and the King of Dunsley with the Duchess and they announced it to the hall room, the young queen is feeling shy hearing the announcement of their arrival because she's not used to it

Jungkook is quick to be right behind the queen. King Yoongi is in the middle of the two ladies arms ready for them to hold walking inside. Her assistant Jazmine is with them too beside Jungkook ready for the Queen if she needs anything.

The King of Dunsley has his own guards. It's necessary for him to come with them. He's the King. He needed to be protected and one of their duties is to protect his fiancee too

The King of Arlington feels full of himself because the young queen accepts his invites and he's so happy to see the beautiful Young Queen.. he plans to propose to her infront of the other guest thinking the queen wouldn't deny him. He's much older than her and has a lot of concubine but Taehyung catches his eyes and he's determined to get her

"You makes the evening more beautiful for coming here your Majesty" he greets the young queen ignoring the King of Dunsley that just standing beside her

"Good evening your Majesty, I was surprised to receive an invitation from you though it doesn't state there what's the occasion" she smiles back ignoring the king's hand reaching for her to hold, she doesn't like anyone touches her if it's not necessary

"It's not so important occasion though. I just wanted to see you" he flirts shamelessly

"Good evening my good friend King of Dunsley and to his beautiful fiancee Duchess Jimin. Thank you for responding to my invites" he turn to look at them ignoring the embarrassment Taehyung gave to him for ignoring his hand. Good thing all the guests are in their respective tables, no one notices it aside from Jimin and Yoongi that is having a poker face facing the arrogant King

"Forgive us for being late" Yoongi said but his face saying otherwise. He doesn't really care if he's late or not, Jimin is the only one insist that they should come for her bestfriend is going too

"No, you're just in time.. I just have an announcement to make and a proposal for the Young Queen here" he declared

Yoongi and Taehyung got confused, if the king had only a proposal to make, why have to make a celebration for it? It should be more private. Why does he need to have an audience whatever his proposal might be

"Let's come inside to start the dinner, I'm sure you are all tired and hungry by now" the King of Arlington accomodate them

And the feast started, Jimin and Taehyung are glued to each other while Yoongi is eating quietely beside the Duchess

Jungkook is with her assistant Jazmine is standing side by side not so far from the queen. Though most of the guest have their own security they felt protected but Jungkook is feeling restless since the king said he have a proposal to make. He got an intuition that it's not good.
