Human Form: A raven haired 19 year old male in a navy uniform, wears a cowboy hat instead of a usual camo hat, has Missouri's condition of having a blue eye on the left and a silver eye on the right, and since he was built by German, American, British, and Japanese engineers he had an Indoraptor tail like a Faunus.
Rigging form: Imagine Bismarck's rigging, but 60% bigger and with mark 7 American guns, and with Godzilla's color scheme and with the ability to do an Atomic Breath like attack
Personality(As himself): Workaholic, loyal to the states, hates Chinese and Russian guts, loves firing his guns, and hates damaging his ship.
Personality(As Cleveland): A lot more confident, better with swordfighting, can bolt around the battlefield like lightning, absolutely loathes the sirens.
Sword: Imagine Excalibur, then combine it with the art style of Kong's Axe.
