This form only happens when someone is at the brink of death or when Y/N is at the brink of death.
However This form is only focused on one thing protecting whoever is on the brink of death no one else. It could care less about the lives or things it kills.
If Y/N Remembers the individual then its motives may change.
This grimm is a lot stronger than his other forms. He could punch through trees and small rocks easily. boulders he would have to punch that twice or three times. The force of speed and your punch can make obstacles fly really far.
He is very fast as well as his reflexes. The likelihood of getting away is very slim.
In this state he can create grimm goo that can heal others but they have to ingest the grimm goo. In that state you can barley move and don't know who you are. If you can't however find yourself when in this state you can loose fragments of yourself within the grimm goo.
You can have dragon wings that you can retract when you need to fly.
You can breathe Red electricity but prefer not to do so. Only if angered to extreme levels.
