ONCE THE THREE of them arrived at the Family Video store where Steve and Robin worked, Max and Dustin rushed in while Irina walked, careful not to knock anything over. She'd had to listen to Steve complain about customers ruining the order he'd put the tapes in and how he'd stacked a certain pile of films. It was something he was very particular about, which amused Irina.

"How many phones do you have?" Dustin asked, out of breath as they got to the counter.

"What?" Steve questioned, a little confused.

"How many phones do you have?!" Dustin repeated more firmly this time.

"Two, why?" Steve told him.

"Technically three, if you count Keith's in the back." Robin corrected him.

"Yeah, three works." Max said and Dustin took his bag off his back.

"What're you doing?" Steve asked, suspiciously. Dusting slung his bag over the counter top before sliding over himself, making Irina cringe.

"My pile!" Robin yelled.

"No, no, no! My tapes! Dude!" Steve exclaimed. "What're you doing, man?" He questioned. Max and Irina walked around the counter instead.

"Babe, what's going on?" Steve asked Irina as Dustin set himself up on the computer.

"I had nothing to do with that. I was just the ride." She told him. "But I think they might be onto something." She added.

"Hey, is that my jacket?" He asked, looking her up and down.

"... no." Irina lied.

"So you just buy clothes that are three sizes too big for you and look remarkably like my clothes now, huh?" Steve smirked.

"... yes." Irina answered. "Look! Dustin's on your computer." She tried to shift his focus.

"Don't try and change the subject, babe." Steve chuckled, taking the bottom of the jacket between his fingers and zipping it up. "Keep it on for now. You look hot." He added before turning back to Dustin. Irina's attempt to shift his focus had worked in a sense. "Get off of that!" He told Dustin.

"I need it." Dustin said.

"Need it for what?" Steve asked.

"Looking up Eddie's friends' phone numbers." Dustin replied.

"Oh, Eddie. Your new best friend you think is cooler than me because he plays your nerdy game?" Steve questioned, placing a hand on his hip.
