Part Two-Entrance Exams, I Guess

10 months have passed since the day of my sister's debut. And I have been working extra hard to make sure I'm read for the legendary U.A entrance exams...is what I'd like to say.

Due to my sister making it pretty big after her debut, there's hardly been time for her to help me out with my quirk. And since I can't practice in the city, I've mostly just been lounging around and studying occasionally.

"Hey, my U.A entrance exams are today" I say as I walk into the living room after getting myself ready.

"Cool, good luck" she says as she eats her breakfast while watching the tv

"Any last minute tips or anything?" I ask

"Uhhh...Show off or something. I don't know, I didn't go to U.A" she shrugs

"How helpful" I deadpan

"Oh yeah, one more thing" she says this time actually turning around to look at me

"Yeah?" I say thinking it'll be some actual advice

"There's some money on the table, buy dinnner on your way back since you'll be home before me" she says as she turns about around after nodding over at the money

"Sigh...Will do" I say

I quickly eat and pocket then money before leaving.

"My sister may be a pro hero, but she definitely isn't a teacher" I think as I make my way down to the station

After riding the awful crowded trains, I eventually make it to the pearly front gates of U.A.

"Hm, I feel...underwhelmed. Maybe because I don't really care what school I go too" I think

Making my way inside, I'm directed to an auditorium where my seat is next to some guy I don't recognize and some girl who's hair kinda looks like a mushroom.

"Either I'm the only one from my school who applied to U.A, or I just haven't payed enough attention to be able to recognize anyone...Probably the second option" I think

Eventually, the auditorium fills up and a pro hero I recognize as Present Mic steps onto the stage.

Welcome to my show today! Everybody say hey!" He says waiting for a response

The room remains silent.

"What a refined response. Then I'll quickly present to you the rundown on the practical exam! Are you ready?! Yeah!" He says, once again waiting for a response

Once again the room remains silent.

"As it says in the application requirements, you listeners will be conducting 10 minute mock urban battles after the written portion!" He says

"Great, urban battles. Just what I needed" I think

"You can bring whatever you want with you. After the written portion you will each head to the specified battle center, okay?" He explains

The room remain silent as some people look at their cards.

"Battle center F...Alright then" I think as I put the card back down

"Okay?!" He shouts as people just nod

"I wonder what I should buy at the store?" I think

"Three different types of faux villains are stationed in each battle center. 1 pointers, 2 pointers, and 3 pointers. You earn points for each of them based on their level of difficulty. Your goal, dear listeners, is to use your Quirks to earn points by immobilizing the faux villains. Of course, attacking other examinees and any other unheroic actions are prohibited!" He explains
