Connection:
Both are androids with similar features created by villains (Ultron for Vision and T.O. Morrow for Red Tornado) with the purpose to kill a superhero team (Avengers and Justice League respectively). But upon their defeat, they defied their creators and joined the heroes
Both have learned to study human emotions and even act like one
Both are also in love with a human woman (Scarlet Witch/Wanda Maximoff and Katherine Sutton) and married them (At least for a while in Vison's case)
