Both are tyrannical evil counterparts of heroic characters (White Ranger/Tommy Oliver and Kamen Rider Zi-O/Sougo Tokiwa) with strikingly similar costume designs and color schemes who originate from alternate worlds where they are kings that rule over everything and are hellbent on collapsing the multiverse in an effort to wipe out all the heroes within them
Both were orphaned at young ages and their powers come from transformation devices that resemble metallic belt buckles (Power Morpher and Ohma Zi-O Driver respectively), and both also obtained powers from other heroes
Bother their franchises (Power Rangers to Drakkon and Kamen Rider Zi-O to Ohma Zi-O) from a Tokusatsu company (Saban Entertainment/Saban Brands/Hasbro and Toei Company respectively)
Both have defeated numerous superhero teams alike (Power Rangers and Kamen Riders respectively)
