I watched as Karma slowly relaxed and gently grabbed my hand "sorry baby I did the best I could" I smiled "you did great my alpha" he smiled brightly and I swear if he had ears and a tail his ears would be perked up and his tail would be wagging so fast it could be considered a deadly weapon
"How about after this we go eat at your favorite place"
I smiled and nodded "I would love that" he smiled and sat down next to hospital bed and rubbed his thumb against the top of my hand "what if you are pregnant" I looked down at my lap in nervousness but I felt my chin being grabbed and I was made to look at my handsome mate
"If you are pregnant then it's ok because we have the money and support"
I smiled and leaned into his has he caressed my cheek "alpha do you know what my family does" he shook his head no "no but I think I can take a guess just by the way you are" I smiled and say up
"then take your guess"
He looked me up and down "either assassins or in some kind of gang or mafia group" I giggled "it's the first one, we're a family of assassins" he ran his fingers through my hair
"and my family is just a bunch bloodthirsty criminals"
I giggled "but I still love you just the way you are" I leaned up towards him and rubbed our noses together them laid back down on the bed "thank you" I was about to say something but I was interrupted by a light knock on the door so I situated myself and let the doctor come in
"Hello you 2 I'm Doctor Houser"
She say down in the chair by counter and opened the folder "so your here becomes your eating more, sleep a lot more and feeling nausea" I nodded while lightly squeezing Karma's hand "and I've recently started to throw up" she nodded while standing
"ok there's a few tests I want to run which does include taking a blood sample and peeing in a cup"
I could tell she was saying it mostly towards Karma "if your alpha is ok with that" I giggled "do whatever it takes to make sure my little blueberry is ok" she smiled and giggled a little "so cute but don't worry right now those are the only 2" she opened a cabinet and held out one of the cups you pee in and put a little label on it that said my name and I think my case number
