Chapter 1

"Hey Kate."She giggled.

Ava is the captin of the cheerleading team she is not mean like the ones in tv she is preppy and likes everyone.

"Hey Ava how are you?"I smiled politely.

"Good thanks,I want to invite you to my back to school party."She smiled leaning against the locker.

"Sure."I said,but I know that I won't go.

"Every one is coming you have to."She begged as if she read my mind.

"I don't know."I sighed.

"Chloe will be there."She smiled.

Why didn't Chloe tell me?

"I will come."I said.

I know Chloe and she thinks that I will bore her to death I have to prove her wrong.

"Great be at mine's at 8pm."She giggled and I nodded.

I walked to my next class and Zayn was also in it ,it seemed that we had the same classes.

At lunch I took my things and headed outside the hall,I don't have lunch with the others in the school's cafeteria,I sit in a garden beside the school.YES I SNEAK OUT but I come back before lunch is over.

I never been caught before.I headed out and climb a fence that separated my school from the garden.I sat on a bench and  stared at my sand which for a minute before I felt a shade infront of me,I looked up and his green eyes catched mine in a heart beat.

"Harry,what are you doing here?"I asked growling.

"I was going to ask you the same question."He crossed his arms.

"Okay you got me,please don't tell anyone."I sighed.

"Calm down goody two shoes."He laughed

If I know Harry enough he will take something to keep his mouth shut.

"What is the price?"I stood up and crossed my hands.He looked at  me from head to toe and smirked.

"How about a kiss?"He took a step towards me.

Who is that ?

"How about a not."I took one back.

"Well suspension won't be bad, enjoy."He walked away with a smirk on his face.

"Come on Harry."I shouted and he turned back.

"So?"He asked.

"Why do you want to kiss me?"I asked.

"I just want to."He said.

"Wow you would make a great lawyer."I smiled trying to get on his good side...if he had one.

"So what do you say?"He asked raising his eye brow.

"No I am not that low."I shouted,he was getting on my nerves.

Suddenly he took my wrists and pinned me to a tree.

"Alone in the park,think of the million things I can do to you."He breathed on my neck but I was speechless and afraid.I can't think of anything to reply.

"Nothing,I will do nothing."He said and let go of me.

"Wha... .what."I mumbled.

"Nothing darling you need to trust me."He smirked.

"I don't get you,this is so confusing."I waved my hands in the air.

"You are just another confused girl."He said and sat on the bench.

I sat beside him trying to read his facial expressions.

"Look Harry you are sweet but I am not going to kiss you,I have principles,and I prefer to be caught and suspended over making out to get away."I said looking away,I freaked out when he talked.

"I like you Kat ,you think that this is a perfect world where you can be a princess with principiles."He said making me frown.

"Kate."I corrected him again and he laughed.

"I won't tell anyone I just wanted to see if you are just hiding behind this prude girl."He smirked and I furrowed my eyebrows
"But you're not,you defend what seems right to you and I am not that low."He laughed

"Thank you."I smiled and continued to eat as he looked at me.

We just sat there in silence .

"Umm..Harry I will get going."I said and stood up.

"Okay,I have to go too."He said  and walked behind me.

"Thanks for not telling anyone,why are you even here you never told me?"I asked as we walked

"Look Kat."He said

"Kate...."I started to say but felt my leg slip.

"Watch it."Harry grabbed me by my waist and stopped me from falling..

"Umm...Th....thanks."I said and he loosened his  grip.

I went back to school not looking back and the day ended quickly.Today is Friday and Ava's party is tomorrow and I don't even know how to get there.

As I thought I bumped into a solid chest.The same curls and green eyes.

"You need a galsses Kate."He said

I smiled,he actually learned my name.

"Sorry,can you tell me how to get to Ava's party?"I blurted out.

"Sure."He said

"Are you going?"He asked

"Yeah."I sighed

"Ummm...how about I come by and pick you up."He offered.

"Really?"I was really shocked

"Yeah."He said

"Okay,let me right you my address."I said and took a paper from my bag writing my address.

"I will be there at 7."I nodded and he walked away.

I went back home and noticed mom's car I front of the house.

"Mom?"I asked opening the door.

"Yeah sweety?"She replied.

"You are early."I smiled.

"Yeah but I am leaving like in an hour."She said

"Where to?"I asked

"I have an important convention to discuss a very important case called mercy death and I will have to leave tonight to France."She said

"Ummm....okay.....I hope you do good."I smiled

"I hope,we got into two teams with or against and each have a lawyer to help."She smiled

"Which team are you?"I asked.

"With."She said and I frowned.

"Don't.... people deserve to live."I said with a frown at my mother's decisions.

"You are too young."She smiled.

"You okay?"She asked again.

"Yeah I will miss you."I smiled

"Me too."She smiled
