Chapter 18

Tess' POV

It's has been a bit over a month since I left the orphanage, I have been living at the 1D Mansion ever since, it has been good, Zayn and I have been able to get some alone time and learn more about each other.
I heard that Jade went on tour with the boys and that's pretty much it. I have been trying to put all my besties in the back of my head but it is harder than you would think.
It is 7:00pm and I am getting very tired, I have sort of made a mess of the mansion and have been trying to clean it all day because only this' mornin' when I woke up did I figure out that the boys and Jade were coming home today around 7:00pm and it was 7:00pm right now so they should be getting here at any moment, Zayn is a little freaked out because he has to talk to the boys and actually explain everything to them about the whole "quitting" thing.
Zayn and I kissed one last time before hearing a car door slam and then about two more after that. Zayn and I quickly ran to the door but as we opened the door there was no limo, no people, no anything. Zayn quickly peeked out to get a second look but then said there's nothing or anybody out there. We closed the door and looked at each other before turning around and being scared out of our guts to find Louis, Harry, Liam , Jade and some other girl screaming " SUPRISE, WE'RE HOME!!!" We both screamed as everyone else started laughing.

Before I could think of anything I ran to Jade and gave her a big hug. I started hugging Liam, Louis and Harry until I noticed that Niall wasn't there.
Wait, what!!!! Niall!!! Where is he? I was freaking out inside. I'm pretty sure Harry could tell what I was thinking and he said to me
" Don't worry Tess, I know what you're thinking, where is Niall!? Well he went back to the orphanage to see Becky and he has a little suprise for her."
" ok thanks Hazza but what do you mean by suprise?"
" well you'll just have to wait and see then won't ya?!."
" Hazza don't make me wait, you know I hate suprises.!"
" sorry, no can do."
We were all saying our hellos and all that stuff as questions kept rushing through my mind but the bigfpgest one was, who is that strange pretty girl?
I pulled Harry aside and asked him who the girl was.
He told me:
" oh ya, that's my girlfriend."
" wait what do you mean girlfriend? What about Jesse?"
" oh, you didn't know about this? Well I sort of broke up with her."
"WHAT!! Harry Edward Styles. Why did you do this?"
" I'm sorry it's just that I didn't feel it anymore with her."
" wait, I thought that everything was going good with you and her? Did Miss Pretty Girl over there have anything to do with this?"
" No, well sorta."
" styles tell me the truth." I demanded.
" Yes" he admitted.
  I was speechless, I didn't have anything to say to him. I was mad at him but at the same time I was not, it was his decision and that's what he choose, I guess I have to be okay with it, he is my friend too and will always be. I looked up and into his amazing green eyes and said:
" I understand, I'm sorry Hazza. I shouldn't have gotten so worked up. I love you."
" It's okay, wait you love me?!"
" no,no only in a friend way."
" I know I just wanted to see how you reacted."
" but can you please tell me a bit about this girl.?"
" Ofcourse, her name is Riley, we met in Toronto, on tour. And she is going to live with us."
" Whoa, whoa, whoa, what do you mean she is going to live with us? You only just met her."
" I know but, I haven't told anyone this but I think I'm I love with her."
My jaw dropped in shock.
