That nice feeling when you helped someone with their exam preparation and found out they achieved their target (band) score! I'm really glad I was able to help even if I'm not a good English teacher.

I always try my best in everything I do. However, I do get discouraged easily. So I need motivation all the time. Have your pompoms out and cheer me up!
