Emotions run deep into our souls, our ancestors, and our bodies.

The swirl of negativity and positivity roll into one, causing destruction and peace.

So scared of our own emotions we try to hide it.

How come we are so confused about them that we decide not to show them at all?

I don't know.

But I do know that my feelings matter and that these emotions can change the world.

That these emotions might get me to crazy mode, to the mood where I feel like crying non-stop.

Where my feelings go to feisty to a cry to a laugh.
All the colors mix to one.

How do I explain how confusing my emotions are?

Let's just say:

It's a burning sensation, fire boiling in my body as a sting escapes my eyes.
My face flushed in heat, colors invading my heart and I'm left in a ball of anger.
Next moment, the sweet relief of cold tears.
No more cussing to myself or blaming others, but instead I cradle the warm embrace of another.

These emotions might run wild and be confusing, like a rapid song by the fire, like the wind as it spirals in all sorts of directions, but they are mine... And I will learn how to love them.
