As a diligent and responsible group leader, Chen YingYing had read an online guide to plan out their route before setting off, having decided in advance that they'd ride the pirate ship first.

"Who doesn't want to ride? The bumper cars over there have no line, so you can go play around there."

Han Meng said, "Geez, what a joke, who would still ride the bumper cars as a high school student? Isn't this just a pirate ship? Just look and you can see it's not that tall. Everyone's riding it, right?

Yin Che replied, "I won't ride it."

Zhang Ke said in surprise, "Che Ge, you're not going to ride? Oh......I get it, you think the pirate ship isn't stimulating enough, right? Should we go over to the bungee jump ride in a bit?"

Yin Che offered no explanation. "I'll look after the bags for you all."

A few of them looked around for and found a bench. They all took off their backpacks and placed them in a row beside Yin Che.

Chen YingYing said, "Jiang Yao, you're not coming?"

"I'll carry mine." Jiang Yao walked toward the entrance, "I'll get in line first, you guys, hurry up."

The others exchanged glances.

These two are really a bit difficult to deal with when they argue......

The pirate ship was a popular attraction, so there were many people in line, probably enough to take 15 minutes. The group on the swinging ship currently were letting out unceasing screams that resounded across the sky.

Yin Che sat down, peacefully drinking some water.

The backpacks next to him were all bulging, stuffed full of snacks. Only his backpack was mostly empty. Before leaving, Jiang Yao had put everything into his own bag, just leaving a bottle of water for him, leaving him with plenty of room.

"With your boyfriend around, you don't have to carry anything."

Jiang Yao really was so rotten sometimes.

Deliberately making Yin Che rely on him, deliberately make Yin Che not want to separate from him.

By the time he drank one third of the water, Chen YingYing and the others ought to have been on the ship. Yin Che threw the water bottle back into his bag, then stared at the ground in a daze.

We really are inseparable.

It doesn't matter at all anymore if I'm prepared or not.

He didn't want to separate from Jiang Yao anymore at all.

A guy suddenly sat down on the other end of the bench.

Yin Che caught a glimpse of him out of the corner of his eye, but didn't pay him any mind.

——Until the guy threw a piece of chocolate over.

He blinked in surprise, then turned to look at him. Separated by the four backpacks, Jiang Yao was sitting there. He pulled open his backpack, "Do you want to eat something else?"

"......No need."

"Oh."

And then yet again, there was nothing more to say.

They were sitting along the only path to the line, so all the female students passing by were looking over.

Jiang Yao stretched out his legs and looked up at the sky, as if he was waiting for him to speak.

Yin Che wanted to say "Why did you come out? Did you not want to ride anymore?" but felt that it would be unnecessary to ask. He was certain he'd come back out for him.
