Flirter turned into a Killer

"Mer. Meredith" he whispered

I started waking up

"Do you have any milk? Blake's hungry" he said

"I have another-" I said looking at my nightstand and the bottle was gone

"How long have I been out" I asked

"It's 2am" he said

I felt my boobs and realized I needed to pump

"Yeah I have some" I said

He gave Blake to me and she latched onto my nipple.

"Hey so I'm going to run to the hospital in the morning to help Amelia with something about her patient. She wants me to relook at a bunch of scans" he said

"You're on paternity leave and I just had a baby yesterday" I said

"I know but it'll only be for an hour. You won't even be awake once I get back" he said

"This will only happen once. Got it" I said.

"Yes ma'am" he smiled climbing onto the bed.

He laid his head onto my lap and gently wrapped his arms around my back.

"I missed this" he whispered

"Me too" I whispered patting Blake's back

She finished eating and I burped her. I put her into her bassinet that was right beside the bed. We both fell asleep. I woke up and Derek was gone. I slowly got up and went to the bathroom. It hurt so much to pee. I heard someone at the bathroom door

"Hello" I said

"I didn't want to leave until I made sure you were okay" he said

"I hurt but yeah I'm fine" I said wiping

I flushed the toilet and went over to the sink. I started washing my hands. The bathroom door opened and he walked in. He walked over to me and I looked at him. He kissed my lips.

"I'll be home soon. The kids are still asleep and breakfast is downstairs" he said

"Okay" I said turning the sink off

I dried my hands as he left.

1 hour later

I got the kids ready and fed Blake. I walked downstairs and make the kids lunch boxes for preschool. I put them into the fridge and started eating pancakes. The kids came down and I made 3 more plates for them.  Blake was in her baby carrier sleeping. I slowly brought her over to the couch and started watching tv. The kids came over and watched cartoons with me. The front door opened and I looked over.

"Hey" he smiled

"Dadddddy" bailey yelled

"Hey are you guys ready for school" he smiled

"No" Bella said

"I got them ready and there lunches are in the fridge" I said

"Thanks" he said grabbing their backpacks.

He put their lunch boxes into the bag packs and grabbed Bella and Bailey

He brought them over to me

"Give mommy a kiss" he smiled

"Bye mommy" bailey said

I kissed there cheeks and smiled at me

"Bye babies. I hope you have a good day today. I packed cookies in your lunch boxes" I smiled

There smiles were so wide. He left with them and Beckham started playing with his toys. I took a nap. I woke up with Beckham climbing onto my legs. I looked up at him and sat up. I held him and got up. I brought him upstairs and put him down for his nap. I left the room and shut the door as I immediately felt a sharp pain in my side. I fell to my knees and started crying from the pain. It finally was over and I got up like nothing happened. I went back downstairs and Derek came into the house. We were both in the kitchen and he grabbed a water.

"A nurse flirted with me today" he said

I looked at him angrily

"Why would you tell me that she flirted with you" I spat

"I was just hanging out and it happened" he scoffed

"So you just want to put your penis inside of her don't you. Yeah you just want to get your pleasure off of some other woman because I'm not good enough for you is that it. What were you getting out of this huh" I spat

"I didn't-" he said and I yelled over him

"What the fuck you're making me sound like I'm crazy" I yelled

We kept yelling at each other.

"I'm sorry" he said walking over to me

He was behind me and started kissing the top of my head as he wrapped his arms around me. He kept kissing my head and I smiled through my tears.

"I didn't know that it was going to make you like this. I'm sorry. She was new and didn't know we were together. I thought it was funny" he whispered

I pushed him back and went over to Blake who was crying. I grabbed her and slowly walked upstairs as I cried. I went into my room and laid in bed. I tried to sooth Blake and rocked her back and forth. She fell asleep and I laid her next to me. I got up and was walking out of the room. I was about to walk down the steps when the pain started getting worse. I fell to the ground in agony. I felt something and put my hand on my crotch. I took it away and felt blood. I was too gone to scream.

Derek's POV

She pushed me back and went to grab Blake because she was crying. She started walking up the stairs with her trying not to let me hear her cry. I grabbed a beer and went outside to calm down.

"You're fucking kidding me" I yelled as I hit the side of the house with my hand as hard as I could.

"Damn it" I said putting my drink down.

I walked inside and grabbed a first aid kit. I wrapped my hand and thought that I should check on Meredith. I started walking upstairs and saw her on the ground.

"Hey what are you doing here" I asked

I walked up further and saw her laying in a puddle of blood. I ran up to her

"No. No. No" I yelled as I started crying.

I held her in my arms and called 911.

"You're okay" I cried while I sat into her blood.

Everything that I had on and my hands were bloody. I didn't care.

"The ambulance will be here in 8 minutes. Stay with me" I cried.

I kept pecking her lips. Her eyes started opening a little bit

"Derek" she whispered

"Meredith" I cried

"Stay with me" she whispered
