They follow the droplets in the dark as best as possible.
It is hard to notice but they aren't transparent anymore. Their color is more pinkish, like raw flesh, like the goo formerly known as Marty.
Just a few moments ago the askers were backed unknowingly into a corner by this thing, now it is backed into a corner itself.
They can clearly hear it hissing, but they can barely see it in the dark.
It's not really a nice thing to look at anyway... It certainly doesn't look like Marty anymore, or like any other person.
