"We should get going." Adleth reminded her. Vaelle nodded and continued walking with them. It was alarming just how much more.. Human, the girl looked outside.

"Can you.. Promise me something?" Vaelle inquired. Her voice was small and seemed to not go very far. Adleth nodded curiously. "When we see them.. please let me have my dagger back then.. I want to get at least one strike in."

Adleth snickered, nodding.

"Yeah." She agreed. "We can certainly do that. Though a dagger may not be the most advantageous."

"I'm not gonna let you go weaponless." The giant's voice came up from behind them.

"Or." Markos chimed in. Well shit the gang's all here. "You can do what I do. Melt down a shit ton of cultist daggers into one weapon and kill 'em with it? It's like a really cool form of irony." She couldn't help but wonder if he was serious. That would explain the odd design of Markos's trident. They arrived at the cemetery gates when a new problem suddenly occurred to her.

"Wait- we have a dead body." Adleth muttered. She looked around to see the same realization spread across her comrades. Vaelle perked up at that.

"Oh I-I've got it." She rummaged in the chest portion of her cloak pulling free an odd looking amulet when the pack of them reached the guard post for the gates she held it up handily. "We're taking care of something." Vaelle chipped nervously. "Uh.. here's our crest from the Kelemvore priesthood" She held up the amulet for the watchman to see, just like that he nodded and waved them off.

"Wha-t the fuck, its that easy?" Markos whispered curiously. Adleth sighed.

"Kelemvore, the god of judgement of the dead?" She answered. Seriously for a cultist he seemed to know very little. "He has a temple here in waterdeep, shit I'd assume he's got a temple in most places if were being real." They sighed and began walking back towards the manor.

"Excuse me.. Ma'am.." Riu started "If I may, where exactly did you get that?" Vaelle held a small nervous grin.

"Well, when you're a part of a priesthood no one really questions you.. It was useful for the cults activities."

"Actually on that." Markos popped up. 'shit.' Adleth thought, couldn't he just.. Leave her alone for once? "If I may, how exactly did you two get into the cult? Like.. was there a recruiter or?"

"Holiver.. Was already in it for a while. I learned that after we were together. And he convinced me to join it.. Him along with.. nevermind. He was really the one who did the major culting."

"Mmmm, I see and how did he learn about it? Did he like, read about it in a pamphlet or?" Adleth reached over and grabbed Markos by the cloak, shutting him up as she pulled him incredibly close and holding his shoulder. "Eh!" he let out a little sound.

"I.. have to ask are you a g-"

"I'm a guy." Markos replied rapidly before the former cultist could even finish her question. The majority of the walk continued in silence. Adleth knew damn well she needed to keep Markos from trying to convert a previously already converted cultist!

"By the nine.." Andraste had a hand over her mouth looking down at the pack of them, 'Oh shit that's right our newbie..' She had forgotten that Andraste insisted on staying behind due to the illegal nature of their action. Why the hell was she still in the party? "What on Torril have you gotten yourselves into?" The elf looked like a concerned parent who just saw her kids drag home a dead body along with a tinge of sadness in her eyes. So honestly the reaction made sense to Adleth.

"New cultist, wanted to kill her, was overruled. Brought her dead boyfriend home, the people who killed Asher were cultists of Asmodeus." Markos chirped like it was the most obvious thing ever.
